Delicious food, quaint atmosphere, outdoor dining, and the staff is very friendly! I got a Roasted Pepper and Mozarella omlette and the person with me got the Cowboy Waffles. My omlette was delicious! The waffles were slightly overcooked but still pretty good!

Really great food. The service was good. It’s a nice and cozy place. I had driven past this place so many times and never knew it was here but it’s definitely a hidden gem! I will be coming back. The BLT was good and the bacon was delicious. Very crispy bacon which I love. Got the 2 eggs over easy with home fries and toast- the home fries were delicious. Get the crumb cake!! It will not disappoint.

Super cute little cafe in Franklin Lakes! The food was really tasty! I hope that as culture moves more towards plant based options that this Cafe will also start including that (especially non-dairy milks!) But the food here was really tasty, we loved everything we had. The menu was definitely a lot bigger than I was expecting too! They even have daily specials not on their regular menu. We just moved to this area and are so excited to have a little local cafe to patron. And they support first responders there!!

Was in the area so decided to try it out. Place seemed to be having a problem with the heat, since it was cold inside and everyone, including the wait staff were wearing jackets. Had to wait to order, since the majority of the staff were too busy talking(and cursing) behind the deli counter. Ordered 2 eggs over (very small) well done home Fries (luke warm and smallest order of HF I have ever seen,) sausage and rye toast. The ketchup bottle looked like it was a year old and just kept being refilled and wiped down…..overall a poor experience and will not be back.

We have passed this place many times before but never ate here until yesterday. First let me say that the place is real cute and very clean. The people are very nice and welcoming. However when you’re only serving breakfast there should be someone in the kitchen who knows how to make breakfast properly. All the ingredients were fresh and the portions were fine, but the dishes didn’t come out right. My poached eggs were hard and way over cooked. The English muffin was not toasted and almost raw. My wife’s scrambled eggs were over cooked and very dry. I feel like the cook either didn’t know what they were doing or just didn’t care and/or was lazy. Either way it was not a great experience.

Weird place. Had breakfast there and when we walked in we were greeted by a young woman who seemed thoroughly annoyed that we breath the same air as her, ok so be it, but sometimes a hello and half a smile goes a long way. She then sits us down at a table that obviously wasn’t cleaned from prior use. I had pancakes that were so-so, my wife had a breakfast burrito that she said was fantastic..Overall, the staff seems miserable, and the place is filthy. Maybe just a bad day. It is nicely decorated and in a great location. I will go back, but not to get pancakes with the fake syrup they serve.

Cozy place (the restaurant itself not the service) and the food is fast. The woman who owns the joint is nice and efficient. Some of the other staff is hit or miss. You can tell they’re not experienced with customer service, and you get a sense they don’t really care—just collecting a paycheck for a temporary gig.
My order has been wrong with no suggestion they make a new, correct one. I had what looked like avocado on the side of a dish that wasn’t supposed to have it. Sometimes they have certain ingredients; sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they’re fresh; sometimes they aren’t.
All in all, I give this place a C+/B-. Go in with the expectation that there may be a few hiccups, and you’ll be fine. It’s probably a new establishment and they’re learning. It’s a pretty good experience overall, and you feel like you’re genuinely in a country cafe.

Ate here years ago. Not since it changed hands. Got basic chicken sandwiches with fresh mozz n peppers. And 2 others got other chicken sandwiches. All were made to order. Delicious flavor and brought out rather quick. Will eat here again for sure.
