This is a very nice upscale restaurant. The food was great and done perfectly. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, even the manager came over to say hello. I was with a party of 5 and everyone loved their food. We had a filet Oscar style, a 16oz lobster tail, 16oz strip steak, filet with bearnaise sauce, and the lamb chops with mint sauce. We also had shrimp cocktail. Sides mashed potatoes, broccoli and Brussel sprouts. Our wait staff, Michael and Celia were excellent. They made sure everything went well. I will be going back here because it was well worth the money to have the great service and food to match.

Had the best birthday dinner! Every bite was delicious. Daniel C was amazing and so kind. The food was outstanding. Don’t skip on the oysters. The perfect spot for celebrating. Thank you Frankie’s! Blown away by the service and the food.

We had an amazing experience at Frankie’s The Steakhouse, and a big part of that was thanks to Travis and Marco. From the moment we were seated, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, and timed everything perfectly without ever feeling rushed. Their teamwork and friendly personalities made the entire evening feel special. Outstanding service like this is what keeps us coming back—thank you, Travis and Marco, for a fantastic night!

This was our first time dining at Frankie’s. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and loved how Frankie’s staff made our meal so special. I think every team member that helped us wished us a happy anniversary and we had a card on our table from everyone too. Such a nice gesture. We enjoyed our meal and the friendly service Chris, Chris and Perry provided was excellent. This won’t be our last visit to Frankie’s.

Janna, Seema, and Pemg were our servers and they were Amazing!!! When the servers know the menu it’s so much easier for me to order, and they certainly knew it well! They were all very nice and we received our food faster than I expected because the restaurant was very busy. The timing was perfect! I ordered the ribeye (bone in) medium, with the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. The steak was cooked to perfection, as well as the vegetables!!!! My husband ordered the lamb and the lobster mac and cheese and it was cooked perfectly as well!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends! The service and the food was impeccable!! Also, at the end of the meal they gave us a muffin for breakfast for the next morning, which I think is so nice.

We made reservations at this fine dine for special occasion. We reached on time and we got our table.
Pros: professional staff members with knowledge about entire menu as well as the drinks menu. The drinks menu is elaborated. If asked, they can end up giving nice suggestions from the menu. The steak was cooked to perfection however, the lamb chops lacked the flavor. The house bread was too salty for us. Garlic mashed potatoes are a must. The shrimp scampi is a must! It was better than the lobster bisque soup. Our server Gustard was very helpful and kind. He arranged a complimentary dessert for our special occasion and we also got complimentary muffins in our to-go boxes.
Cons: our table was setup far off from live performing band where we could hardly hear them. All we could hear was people chit-chatting. Secondly, we were a couple and it seemed like we were surrounded by large groups in the seating area and they were loud. We couldn’t hear the band singing or even talking to each other became task. We wanted to enjoy our evening and have nice experience however, that didn’t happen.

My wife and I were invited to meet friends here for dinner. When we got there we pulled up to the valet and then walked into what looked like the lobby of an office building. There was a sign instructing us to go to the top floor to access the restaurant. As soon as you get off the elevator, to your left is the 1818 club and to the right… our destination! Beautiful Mahogany and Walnut hues greet you at the Matre’ d station, live music playing in the background, and a few seats for people to wait till escorted back to their tables.

Our hosts were named Jeff and Alex and they shared the specials day, and then explained how Frankie’s was not just a steakhouse. It owns it’s own production and prep houses so all the meat was American Wagyu grade. All the entrees are singular and the sides are a la cart, but are large enough to share.
We ordered: Lamb chops, Chilean Sea Bass, Grilled and Blackened Salmon, Lobster bisque, Cesar and Capresi salads, Corn Souffle, Sauteed spinach, Broccoli, Mushrooms and Lobster Mac-n-Cheese. When I tell you that the food was amazing… It was more of a culinary experience. We are already planning to return because none of us got a steak! Everything was rich and layered with depth of flavor. Then we shared dessert: Peach Bourbon Bread pudding with gelato, and a mountainous portion of a 7-layer Coconut cake that 3 adults were unable to finish.
The service was top notch, food was impeccable and the setting was private enough to feel like we were in our own small inner portion to the restaurant. Ambiance was like a page from the Great Gatsby. Definitely a major celebration event location! Also, on the way out ask about the Morning After Muffins! You WILL thank me later!!

My husband and I went to Frankie’s The Steakhouse for our anniversary, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was incredible our steaks were cooked perfectly, tender, and full of flavor. The drinks were just as good, and the service was top-notch.

Jeff and the rest of the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was elegant but comfortable, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. Overall, great food, great drinks, and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

Jeff & Lynn were extraordinary!!! Fantastic service- friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I would come back here again and again. The food was divine and the wine pairings were perfect. The staff even signed a card for us knowing that we were celebrating our anniversary and sent out a special slice of cheesecake. We couldn’t have had a better night- regarding both food and service. Thank you, Frankie’s, for giving us a beautiful night. From, Alessandra & Luis

I feel bad leaving a 3 star review but read to the end and let me explain why. We were greeted at our arrival and welcomed and promptly seated at a nice quiet booth. We had a very early reservation so the restaurant was very empty at that time. Our serving team of Leon, Lynn and Alix (spelling?) were friendly, polite, helpful and extremely coordinated with their service. Leon presented and explained some of the steak options, and was very helpful with suggestions.

As more people arrived I appreciated the way the tables were filled (From my perspective it seems there are 5 “rows” of tables, so the outside rows 1 and 5 were filled first, then the center row 3, and finally as capacity was reached the 2nd and 4th row were filled. This provided a very open and intimate experience, we weren’t all crowded together as the evening went on).

Sounds wonderful so far, and it was. But here is where I unfortunately have to remove some luster. Depending on what entrée you order along with appetizer and sides you’re easily looking at a minimum of $75/person for just the dinner. Add in beverages or some of the higher priced items and you’re having a very fine dining experience. That really sets expectations.

Our yeast rolls were served and we were warned the cast iron skillet was extremely hot so we waited a few minutes and worked on our raw oyster appetizer first. When we went to the rolls they were cold and so was the skillet. This was probably less than 5 minutes after receiving them, so there is no way they were warning hot plate delivery. Minor point one.

We both had filet mignon and they were cooked perfectly. I must say for a wet aged 28-35 day steak it did not meet our expectations. My experiences with prime aged steak is that it is so tender it can be cut with a bread knife or even a fork alone. This filet required the steak knife to cut it and it was not melt in your mouth tender. Prime filet, not tender. Steak is the reason for this restaurant. Major point two.

Our sides included mushrooms, brussels sprouts and Lyonnaise potatoes. The ‘shrooms were very tasty, the brussels are unbelievably good, and the ‘tatos were crispy and cooked well.

During the meal we did have some minor serving lapses that let wine glasses run low/out a couple of times but we poured ourselves to carry on. Minor point three.

The rest of the service was crazy good, as soon as one server would ask about something (like removing an appetizer and serving materials) almost before they could finish the question the other server was there and starting to pick up the items. It was actually amazing to watch this coordination.

We were gifted a delicious cheesecake to help our celebration, that was an unexpected touch and appreciated.

So am I being harsh with only 3 stars? When the raison d’être is steak, very expensive steak at that, it should be perfect. Ours was good but just not up to expectations we’ve experienced with other prime aged steakhouses. This was our first visit and it’s likely we’ll return and give it another try as everything else was very memorable.
