My husband and I have been dining at Frankie’s for quite a few years. We have never been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and like family. Food is always delicious and served piping hot. It’s our favorite Italian restaurant. Try it!!! You won’t regret it.

Just tonight, we ordered DoorDash and the driver forgot to take the rest of the order and Agnes went out of her way as had the kitchen, remake it for us and delivered it to our house! I can’t speak about service or atmosphere because I ordered from doordash but if you have to privileg to go to or order from Frankie’s. Do It! This place is awesome. The pasta and meatballs are out of this world. This place is soo good it should be a local chain. Not a big national chain restaurant, those suck, but something regional, like Chellos.

Be sure to CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING!! I ordered online for takeout, showed up at the time described as pick up time from the confirmation email, and the person at the desk confirmed my name and what I ordered. I was told what my order was by two separate people and ended up getting the wrong items. When I brought it back, I was promptly met with a “I’m sorry, that’s really weird” in the most nonchalant tone. It took about 20 minutes for my food to be made and when I try checking that it was correct this time, a third employee was seemingly trying to get me out by confirming what my order is again. Then when another customer comes in to pick up their lunch, with the same first name, the employee tried to get me to notice that there was a mix up because of a name situation. Two orders, vastly different, even after repeating the correct order verbally is not okay. If you order, PLEASE call ahead or else they probably won’t have YOUR food for your pickup time ready. If you happen to have a common first name, despite everything, CONFIRM your order verbally. Finally, CHECK your order before even leaving the parking lot. A 30 minute lunch break became an HOUR long outing because of this “confusion.” How fun.

The absurdly thinly sliced eggplant was tough as nails. Pasta was average. However the sauce was decent. Fresh and zesty. The menus were sticky and dirty. The bartender was nice enough, but not real attentive. He never asked if I wanted bread or a side salad. There was hardly any communication at all. I had to ask for utensils. He also never checked back in with me. If it were busy at all I would have understood, but it wasn’t. I was hoping to really like it, but I probably won’t come back.

Please please please try this place. The service is 5 star worthy. The are so nice and accommodating. The food is incredible. Radiatore Bolognese is soooo good. The Italian egg rolls are so unique and very tasty. Their Alfredo sauce is o e of my favorite. You have to stop by and try it. It is a hidden gem.

Hometown Italian food! Our table had chicken parm and chicken sorrento. Both of us chose homemade pasta for an up charge that was well worth the $3.50 extra! Started with salads which were good too. Service was amazing – our server was very attentive. Clean, priced right and really good food. Will be back!
