Thank you Dawn- From the moment I walked in to the time I left, everything was wonderful. Dawn greeted me with a smile and the menu was easy to read, so I quickly ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. My pizza arrived hot and fresh, the crust was perfectly crisp and the cheese was melty. Service was fast and friendly, and the order was ready for takeout with no wait. I especially loved how clean the restaurant felt and how attentive Dawn was. I’ll definitely be back for more pizza in Issaquah.

I had a pregnancy craving for a new pizza spot. Randomly found Frankie’s on Google and placed an order conveniently online. I sent my husband to pick up the pizza and he said the employees were very friendly and on-time with our order. The pizzas were absolutely delicious! You could taste the fresh ingredients. I can’t say enough about what a great first impression; highly recommend!!

We order delivery every month or so. The toppings and pizza are great! Sadly, delivery has gone downhill with a medium pizza costing $40-50 and arriving lukewarm 20-30 min later than estimated the last couple of times (over 90 min from when we order). With this price and a close location I would assume a HOT pizza. Disappointed as the taste (once we reheat it) is very good!

had an issue with doordash where my order was stuck on the “preparing order” screen for about an hour with no signs of a delivery driver being assigned. decided to go pick it up instead to get the order sooner. turns out it had been delivered but the system never updated so i didn’t even know! the manager(?) was really nice and offered to remake it since it had been sitting there for an hour due to the system error. no fault on their end but i really appreciated the help(:

Had Frankie’s Pizza for the third time. Super delicious and very fresh! This is a local pizza chain and I wish everyone could at least try and support their business because like seriously, their pizza is amazing ! Especially their marinara sauce is a killer!! Love love love it

I’m so shocked by what happened to us! We ordered food for delivery for my son’s bday party and at our delivery time when no one showed up, I called them. They had completely forgotten about my order and I was left without a pizza delivery for my son’s bday party!
