This is my favorite hot dog in the entire world. I’ve been eating here since I can remember. The crisp hot dog, perfect toasted bun and fresh toppings are just absolute perfection. Add on some fried zucchini and this is worth a drive from anywhere. It’s a mix of nostalgia and food nirvana. I get two hot dogs add hot relish, fresh onions and spicy mustard but you can’t go wrong with whatever way you enjoy it. The pictures tell the story of what makes this place special. It’s just not a restaurant it’s an experience. I take everyone I can here because I know this is an experience you need to share.

Our favorite Frankie’s location and some of the best hot dogs in the state in my opinion! The staff is always so accommodating here, and we just love the charm of the dining room with all of the unique decor. So many speciality dogs to choose from, and great burgers, fries, and milkshakes!

Absolutely ideal! Been eating here for as long as I can remember! Those cheese cubes haunt my dreams in the best way! Every location is wonderful, there’s always paintings on the glass, it’s genuinely the peak of my week. The service is amazing, nice people every time I went.
I always would recommend if someone is flying in from out of state and they like food, bring them here!

We had my brothers retirement party at Hawks Landing catering by Frankies this past Saturday 2/21 and Amy and Paul were very easy to work with. The hall was beautiful, the food was excellant and the staff was accomodating. Everyone had a wonderful time. I cant wait to have another event there.

I will say as a guy from NYC, the hospitality of this establishment is unlike anything I’ve personally experienced before. The staff was so friendly, engaging and kind and only added to the feel of the cozy atmosphere. You can just tell from the look of the place just how vibrant the history of this place is. And that’s all without going into how the food was. Taking a bite took me back to my childhood when my family would stop by this place called Chatterbox when we were around our old lake house in upstate New Jersey. I can already tell this place is special. Should I ever find myself in the area again, I’ll definitely be stopping by once more for another bite from this cozy and homey restaurant.

All the menus we ordered was so fresh and amazing Especially the ppl here are so nice!!!! I accidentally left my bag at the booth and the staff chased me to fine me!!!

Outdoor parties are big this time of year, so I’m going to make a couple of posts of popular caterers. Frankie’s Family Restaurant is one of them, bringing their famous hot dogs to your backyard, along with hamburgers, onion rings and fries. Staff sets up a grill, double fryer, and folding tables for plates, plastic utensils and toppings.
We went to a birthday party yesterday who used Frankie’s for their event, and the food was just what you want on a sunny afternoon. The crowd went through a lot of hot dogs and burgers, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Definitely a fun option for hosts who don’t want to cook for a gathering themselves.

This is the other Frankie’s that is a storefront restaurant in an outdoor shopping center. We prefer the original Frankie’s stand with outdoor seating but the food is equally good. Even though it was pouring rain and Mothers Day, it was packed when we went in. No seats were available as we waited in line but some opened up by the time we got our order. Two original foot long hot dogs and an order of onion rings. Though they have over a dozen ways to order a hot dog, burgers, lobster rolls, fried shrimp and clams and sandwiches are available, too. Free popcorn. The decoration inside is very amusing. The small eatery is packed from floor to ceiling with old family photos and paintings, nostalgic items from the past, collectibles, patriotic tribute boxes, ceiling mobiles, etc.

The staff are so nice and friendly, right from the people taking your order to when they bring it to your table. They even asked if we wanted drink refills and brought that to the table too!
The place was also very clean and they kept it that way.
I was thinking a little hotdog place would have ‘OK’ food but it was way better than that. The food was really good!
I got the chicken philly and it came out piping hot and very tasty. My husband had the steak philly and it was just as hot and just as tasty. We also got an order of fried veggies. They were not in the least bit greasy and were very good.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the staff was and how great the food was. We’ll definitely be back!

The fries are so over cooked you can’t even chew them and the scallops I had were the worse!!
