Great new option with interesting flavors. This place has reading comprehension issues: they throw in unnecessary plastic cutlery even if the order says otherwise.

The food is absolutely amazing! I had the eggplant roll and it was one of the best I’ve had. The service was okay. I ordered the raita off the menu to go and my container had a giant plastic wrapping mixed inside it along with the yogurt. I presume it is the original packaging in which it came but that was not a pleasant surprise.

This is a fancy looking place just beside SoHo square. Small place, cool ambience and the food tastes good. The level of spice is close to something you find in an authentic Indian restaurant.
The biggest issue is the portion size. The cost for a wrap or rice bowl is close to $12 and the portion size is incredibly small. Classic Manhattan gluten free/vegan overpriced food.

the seasoning and quality of the ingredients are incredible, the wrap is definitely unique for Indian cuisine and adds great flavor. will definitely be coming back here, service and food were great!

Ordered a Slammin’ Saag ($9.50) and a side of traditional onion & potato pakoras ($4) to-go. The Saag Frankie is topped with fresh paneer blocks before getting wrapped and it a spicy kick to it (be sure to request more or less spicy!). The side of pakoras is a big portion but it was a lot more potatoes and very few onions.
There is one cook in the back and one front register person (or at least this was the situation on Monday at 730pm when i was there). This seems to slow down the process to leave with a take out order meaning plan your time accordingly. It took about 20 mins for my order.
There is a fun 80s vibe in this small soho restaurant. But no 80s Indian music or music videos sadly! Whatever is being projected on the brick walls is very hard to to see.
Also why Mexican coke but not Indian coke (Thums Up) in a place that serves Indian food?

EDIT: The owner Yasir offered to replace my totally tikka frankie after a bad experience here and it was much better the second time around! The owner was extremely sweet and friendly about it, and this time there were no missing ingredients from the frankie. I really appreciate the replacement and very friendly service!

I love Indian food and was a little disappointed by what I got in terms of portion wise. Taste wise was good.
Staff were very friendly and allowed me to eat my food at the counter as it was about to rain outside and I didn’t want to go back to the office while it was pouring out
