We are glad that we discovered this place. Dalton was our amazing server. He’s very attentive, friendly, and prepares excellent Regal Margaritas with mulled orange and lime, delicious. I we are very picky about our Margaritas but Dalton earned the highest rank among our favorite places for Margaritas. Additionally, the food was good. We devoured the wings and fries. No complaints there and the food was hot, just how we like it. We will be back for sure

Writing this hoping that they really do better.
We booked at this location because it advertise an a few things that would work for our kids.
As we arrived to the arcade section where the inside playground was we were told it was closed because a child had thrown up in it and it needed to be cleaned.
I could address so many things with that but overall it’s disheartening to have to act out or show out or even be rude for common sense to be common.
It’s also a slap in the face to have inquired about it then to have someone clean it as we’re complaining about it. Truly hope they do better moving forward especially for anyone traveling with kids. Like now that we know yall let it sit there and are cleaning it infront of us you think we’re really going to feel comfortable letting them in? Not to mention one of the men came back and told them not to reopen it because it needs time to disinfect.
They should be real careful Espically when it comes down to the health department.

We love Frankie Farrell’s! It is a cute little place that has all the hospitality you could want. It is relaxed and layed back. The staff is kind and fun to interact with! I have been several times and they ALWAYS aim to please. Never too busy to pay attention to the details. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

The food is above your standard bar food but what makes this place special, is the staff. They are attentive, engaging, and are willing to take care of you to the best of their abilities. There is always something going on there but the staff make you want to keep coming back. The atmosphere at Regal Palms is also great and elevates the experience, especially if you sit outside, overlooking the pool area!

The drinks are amazing and the guys are great at those but the food is lacking. At least 4 out of 5 orders for times I’ve been there, have been messed up. I asked for a hamburger with lettuce, tomotoes and onions, no pickles, I got a hamburger with only pickles. They did quickly correct it. The food isn’t anything special. It’s ok for poolside snack but please don’t plan on a dining experience.

Prices, service, and food was decent if it weren’t for the tipping scam they are pulling. In small print at the bottom of the menu it says “15% gratuity included in every bill”. I noticed this – when I ordered my food and drinks I used my chip card in the machine and paid the total amount. After I paid, I was shocked to see he provided me with a visa receipt to add a tip and enter the total/sign. Before doing this, I said can I please have an itemized receipt. The worker huffed and puffed and said it’s not possible until you’ve signed the other one. I signed the other one and sure enough, not only was there already a 15% tip included, they want you to tip ON TOP of the tip that you have already paid. Extremely dishonest. I don’t mind tipping well for good service – but if you are going to include the tip be open and honest with your guests about this and allow them to have full visibility of what they are paying for.

We just went to Frankie’s and had nachos. Very disappointed! We ordered and went poolside. Finally went in and boy behind counter said,”was wondering where you went.” Came in plastic bag, to go container. Had to ask for a fork. For this price, definitely will NOT go back!! Learned our lesson.

Opem to the public, great restaurant. Great chicken cesar wraps. The best part is they have an arcade and jungle gym that your kids can go play while you relax and watch the game or hang out with friends.

Excellent food and drinks. The servers and bartenders are always friendly. Much better value then other nearby restaurants. It’s located within Regal Palms Resort which is behind a large shopping center. Definitely worth it.
