One of the last places that are not a chain. Food was fantastic! Served by a person who cares. Awesome place to eat.

This is a great breakfast place. I had always thought of it as an old broken down place, but I was wrong. The inside is extremely peaceful and looks great. The only thing I’d have to note is that it was very quiet and it made it a bit awkward, but that can easily be ignored by their food. The menu options are great, I really wanted to get multiple items but I settled on the chicken freies Steak. The portion was enough to get you full, which is perfect when I come to a breakfast spot. I’m not looking for leftovers when I go to those. Everything was seasoned perfectly as well. It’s genuinely just a great diner, something older folks go to enjoy!

Haven’t had a chicken fried steak that delicious in a long time. That gravy could be an addiction for some. My order was cooked to perfection, including my EXTRA crispy hash browns (lotta cooks don’t get it right). Perfect over easy eggs and a delicious muffin. That server really worked hard and dug out the “other” hot sauce for my ding pleasure.

I love this old school Diner. It takes me back 40 years. It is a little worse for wear but it is exceptionally clean. Biscuits and gravy are very good in both are made in house from scratch. They even have liver and onions yum. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is our new favorite spot

Classic American diner. I had eggs, hasbrowns and toast, which were all good! The hasbrowns were nice and crispy but a little soggy with cooking oil. I ordered a cinnamon roll to go. It was huge and delicious! Service was fantastic!

Something about brown-glazed ceramic coffee mugs and amber-toned plastic cups in an old-fashioned diner that screams comfort and nostalgia. The menu is vast. The food was cooked, perfect to my order– Hashbrowns extra crispy, please! Nailed it. I ordered the Spinach Bacon Omelette, add mushrooms. The hollandaise that topped the omelet was set well, no breaks in the sauce, perfectly palatable. It’s great that they offer many bread options. I chose a bagel with cream cheese, but they also offered toast, biscuit, English muffins, and other sweet muffin choices. This is not my first visit to Frankie Doodle’s, so I feel confident to attest to their consistently great food, service, and nostalgic atmosphere. Long live the classic diner!

I had an amazing breakfast at Frankie Doodle over Labor Day weekend! Even though there was only one server working, she did an incredible job keeping up with everyone and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was fresh, tasty, and really hit the spot. I was impressed with how smoothly everything ran despite it being a busy holiday. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying breakfast!

Average food, good service, rundown interior.
Stopped for the first time olfor breakfast on an early weekend morning and the service was good and the food tasted fine, but portion size and taste for the money isn’t as good as Molly’s half a mile up the road.
The place hasn’t been updated in a long time and all the booths and seating are worn and torn, but the restroom was clean, so it’s most an appearance thing.
