Service was meh. Hot cocoa was pretty basic, nothing special. Got a classic 1652 for $4, they only had small cups so you had to get a small. Received it just with the hot cocoa, no whipped cream or shavings – the whole reason my bf and I got this one. We then asked for what it comes with and the guy working said it doesn’t come with either but he’ll do whipped cream and said it doesn’t come with chocolate shavings (it does, refer to menu I put that’s IN store) and then when we said it did, he said they haven’t had it in 3 years. Why advertise it does then? The whipped cream was just a small amount after having to ask for it (refer to picture taken immediately after getting it). Very disappointing all around. They don’t seem to have much and/or aren’t run well. Do NOT recommend coming here.

This shop was tucked in the corner of an unassuming shopping plaza and delivered a lot more than I was expecting. The entire aesthetic of the place is charming and the decor was festive and cute.
They have a selection of unique hot cocoas for the season that all sound amazing. I tried the Merrill Mint as well as the Johnson’s Pong Peanut Butter. Both of them were incredibly tasty and an exciting blend of flavors all executed well. The ice cream they serve is from Crescent Ridge from Sharon, MA which is one of the best locally made ice creams you can get. All of the sundaes and frappes sound incredible and I hope to try them all in future visits.
There was one employee working the shop and he was one of the hardest working folks I’ve encountered in awhile. He took the orders, made the food, answered the phone, helped DoorDash drivers with pickups, and was friendly and polite the whole time. We didn’t have to wait very long and saw him successfully juggle all of these things without sacrificing quality or service.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The absolute most superior ice cream shop in the area! I love how it is family owned, with high quality ingredients from the decadent hot chocolate to the creamy ice cream. Cutely decorated and extremely well taken care of. Definitely a must try….highly recommended!

Their ice cream is Amazing! So creamy. The young girl working was so sweet. The young man’s as well. Both smiley and friendly. They were putting up a new sign or something when we arrived but they were sure to make a safe entry and exit. Would highly recommend the chocolate ice cream sundae!

Went for an apple sundae and apple cider float for the start of October! They were both AMAZING! The guy who made them was all by himself and got every single order out perfect! It was pretty slammed and I’m appreciate of how good of a job he did , made our night thank you!☺️

Ice cream and is service good. First I went i got 2 scoops it was good but the second I got Oreo sundae with oreos on top it was amazing. The 5 stars in for taste,service,and time not very busy so it’s in and out.

This is a wonderful place to go out for ice cream. Walking in the place is clean and beautifully designed and decorated. The white washed brick with inviting seating for friends to gather for a sundae or two. The staff were extremely friendly and meticulous in their preparation and presentation of the sundaes and cones we ordered. The flavor of the ice cream was rich and delightful. I am happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem during my visit to the area. It was an experience worth every penny. The owners should be proud of this establishment and the wonderful employees who served my group recently. It’s like they bottled up the magic of going out to get ice cream as a child and combined it with the stylish interior design.

I Love this place, good portions for the price. Usually, it’s not super crowded. Friendly staff, and they have a nice outdoor sitting area out back. I’m not sure what brand ice cream is used, but it’s good.
Last, there is a Friendly’s about 20 min. Up the road, but the quality of Frankie & Dia’s is good enough, that I feel there is not a need or desire to travel the extra distance and they also have gift cards.
I doubt you will regret giving this place a try.

Love this ice cream place! Super clean, well-trained and friendly staff, and efficient ordering process. The ice cream is delicious and the portions are very generous. Many flavors, including gluten-free and dairy-free options; unique sundaes and shakes. Yum!

I just love this little gem on 44. All staff are so awesome always smiling and they are young respectful and even respond when you ask a question and hold a great conversation with you. Clean and I love the decor reminds me of a place you would see on a hallmark movie. I always get the shakes extra thick and always so good. They have a area on the side you can sit outside if you want also. If you haven’t been there please go and bring the kids!!!
