They have outdoor couches that are comfortable and the most beautiful view. The best part is they have REAL NEWSPAPERS on a wooden rack right there for you to read while you sit and chat. This was a wonderful place to hang out.

Idk what these reviews are about. They have a wide selection of draft beers and cans. But thise fries. The truffle parm fries. They were SO GOOD.
These are thick cut fries, very crisp, hot, flavorful, wow. Perfect pairing with a beer and saturdays daytime they have a DJ. They have ample seating and shaded areas to sit and enjoy, at the actual waterfront.
Prices are fair. Beer and fries was $22 and for the quality, views, and location it is very fair price!

I stumbled upon this place right after getting off the ferry, and it was fantastic. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the views. The burger, fries, and ice cream were all amazing. There’s plenty of seating and incredible views, and it’s close to the park.

I’ve never heard of this place before visiting Hunter Point South Park two days ago. I was hungry and decided to grab a bite to eat. I noticed that the line was long which was a pretty good indication that I hit the jackpot with this place.
I perused the menu and decided to keep it simple and stick with the hot honey chicken tenders and an order of Belgian fries with a lemonade to wash it all down.
It was a long wait time for me to receive my order on Sunday because it was super busy. I noticed lots of people who ordered after me receiving their orders and I wasn’t the only customer who also had this same issue. Orders should be fulfilled in the order in which they are received depending on what is ordered.
However, this wasn’t going to deter me from trying this food. My order was finally ready and my insides were jumping for joy. One bite into the first hot honey tender almost took me out and then I understood why the wait for the food is a little longer. It is because of the quality of the chicken tender and it was piping hot and quite delicious.
Let’s talk about the Belgian fries which I’ve never had before, oh my gooodness they were so amazing! The lemonade was excellent. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 10. I enjoyed the food so much that I came back the following day to order the same exact meal. That’s how good the food is. Great job Frank Ottomanilli’s!

Have a great day! This has to the most beautiful burger spots in the city. Perfect spot to grab a beer friend on a great day. The burger is great quality, has fresh Shake Shake in size and price (a little smaller than you’d like and a little more expensive than you’d hoped for, but this is NY so you pay for the view) I am so excited to see what the this waterfront venue bring to the ferry Landing in LIC. Popular in a tourist. They have already I see here daily, which is always a good sign! Venue is wheelchair friendly and has public bathrooms right behind it….

I’ve been a local for a few years now. Met Frank personally. He owns a butcher shop so I’ve always found it reassuring that he sources his own meat. I’ve also seen Frank in the kitchen providing quality control. I personally go for the burgers, which I love. He also tries to come up with new events each year. Yes, the music is a little loud sometimes. I’ve messaged him and he was very kind/receptive. I see Frank try and appreciate the atmosphere he tries to create. The 1 stars with no comments look concerning because bad experiences are valid but what’s your reasoning? Anyway, I’d recommend Franks – coming from a local.

My first time visiting Gantry Park so this review is based on my visit on 5/28/2023, Memorial Day weekend. There was a DJ playing great music near Frank Ottomanelli’s by the Ferry stop. We ordered food and it was not good. The burger was not fully cooked. Even after taking it back to be corrected, the burger was still raw inside. The fries taste tough and the seasoning was just doused over it and the lemonade taste like sugar water. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Maybe next time I will visit one of the food trucks parked a few feet way by the street.

Let’s be honest — there’s nothing jumbo about it.
The sausage? Tiny.
The bun? Also tiny.
The flavor? Barely there.
What we got was a sad, miniature hotdog trying to pass as a meal. For $5, this is more of a prank than a product. You’ll spend more time unwrapping it than actually eating it.
Wouldn’t recommend — unless you’re looking for irony on a paper tray.
