Now since I’ve been back in the Windsor/Red Lion area for I want to say a year and a half now. I just want to say that I know for a fact that Frank, his wife, daughter and the whole crew in there are amazing. The food well considering I eat here between 2-3 times a week because I work late and i know I can get a damn good Chicken Alfredo. Franks special steak is amazing the bread is made in house daily so to say it’s soggy is ridiculous have you put jelly on fresh baked bread. It soaks it right up. U want shipped bread I can tell you a few places to go to get stale week old bread. Pizza is new york style thin large cut slices. Perfect amount of cheese and well everything. This is a mushroom looks delicious if you ask me. So toppings aren’t skipped on. Now for the bacon no it’s not salad bacon bits . It’s chopped bacon. Will support a true Italian restaurant over the bring to a boil olive garden

We typically order from Mussos on Mondays when our local Roma’s is closed. Food is typically okay but not great. I ordered a LG Sicilian pizza with extra bacon and garlic sauce. I called Musso’s hoping to get my money back bcs there was little to no bacon on some of the slices. When I told the woman what had happened, she reviewed with me that she watched them make the pizza and she knows that there was extra bacon added and that those pizzas have extra cheese as well (I’m not sure what that meant). Mind you, this bacon costs me five extra dollars. At this point I was not even going to bring up that our garlic sauce was forgotten too. I reviewed with her that I took a picture of the pizza and will be more than welcome to send it to her to confirm that there is indeed not extra bacon on this pizza. She then puts me on hold and tells me that next time I order I can get a free extra topping on any one topping pizza I order. In conclusion, I will not be ordering from Musso’s again.

Probably the worst cheese steak that I have ever had in my life. It barely had any meat on it at all and was soggy. We ordered a cheese steak sub, cheese steak hoagie and a cheeseburger sub. The cheese steak hoagie was just another cheese burger sub.

Every single time we have ordered, we get a call immediately that they don’t have something that we ordered or when they deliver, they forget to give me an item usually worth around $10. So then we call and they offer to give it to us for free next order just to forget something else when we order the next time. Okay no big deal, let it slide, these things happen. But we’ve let it slide over ten times now. These things have never NOT happened to us when we order. Their delivery has been over 15minutes late every time except once. Today, after calling to say they were out of 2/5 things we ordered, they made the sandwich totally wrong (after we paid for extra toppings they excluded) and still didn’t give us our fries! Tired of giving them money for us to be essentially donating a portion of it back to them and not getting our food. Not sure if the “hey we’ll give it to you next time!” is a ploy to keep you coming back or what, but today was the last time we’ll ever waste our money here.
But the girls who answer the phone and the delivery drivers are all very nice!
And if they decide to respond “not sure why leave a nasty review!” like they are to all other reviewers, here’s the answer: to prevent people from wasting their money on these things that happen every. single. order. Instead of arguing with customers online and blaming them for your shortcomings, spend that time double checking the orders and buying ample ingredients.

Love the Pizza! My Family and I get pizza every Friday and try to go to variety of places so yeah good pizza! The employees are great!. Frank, Alex and Stephanie are very friendly especially when they take time out to come over to chat with the customers!

I love ordering from here, its a favorite of my husband’s and I’s. I placed an order for delivery, had an item that got left behind and when I called they were very kind and said it’d be out. I appreciated them getting it out, I did forget to ask how long it would be but when I called back they let me know it was on the way. Thank you to the sweet girl who brought the item, sorry my dogs tried jumping out the door (ones sweet as pie and the other is a demon). Thank you again!

We order from here all the time because we enjoy their food a lot. I don’t think staff are unfriendly like other reviews state. We’ve never waited for our food, always on time. Always how we ordered it. Sub bread is really good and the pizza dough too. We get the family deal every time. It’s a good deal and we get a second meal out of the leftovers. Best ma and pa style pizza shop near here.
