We hired Chef Franco to do a private omakase dinner at a hotel. He arrived on time with a cart full of equipment and prepared ingredients. Every part of the experience was well thought out, perfectly executed and absolutely delicious. He was friendly and adaptable and adjusted the menu to our needs and requests. 10 out of 10 – would absolutely rehire for another amazing experience.
