This was our 5th and last time eating here. We’ve always had good experiences and the food has always been tasty.
Fortunately tonight was a completely different experience. It’s been about three to four months since we’ve eaten at Franco’s and things are completely different.
I ordered a chef salad. It comes with garlic bread. Normally the salad is sizable and very tasty. This time the size was still decent even if a little bit smaller than in the past but it was hardly any meat at all. Oh, the garlic bread never arrived.
My son order two slices of pepperoni pizza. The waitress came back to the table to let us know that they only had one slice available and that they could make us a personal Pizza if we would like to pay for that. Knowing that the personal Pizza is tiny we opted to purchase a large pizza instead. Big mistake, what arrived is what I would consider a large small to a medium. You’ll see by the photo that it only takes up about 60 to 70% of the tray. This by the way cost $20 for the pizza. Tiny but still tasty.
We also ordered pizza fries. Unfortunately, like the garlic bread, it never arrived. When we are done eating the waitress then asked if we’d still like our pizza fries and garlic bread. Obviously the answer is no.
While we were there there was a pickup order that was having problems with payment and somebody called that has a delivery order and obviously received the wrong food. So the problems were only going and not just with us.
The waitress was nice enough and the cashier was as well. When he asked how everything was I told him about half our food not arriving and the fact that our large pizza was a medium at best. The only response I got was, oh I’m sorry.
Just not good. It’s a shame cuz we really used to like it here.
We spent $39 for what I consider a small pizza and the salad.

We ordered our food online to try it out and came to pick it up right away. I had chosen their Mushroom Ravioli with choice of soup or salad and garlic bread or bread roll. I got their soup which was Chicken noodle soup & garlic bread and my friend ordered some other stuff for her and her kids. It took a long time to wait for our takeout 15-20 minutes and it did not seem busy at all in there on Monday evening. However, there wasn’t enough parking spaces as it is located next to a jitsu dojo center that had something going on at the time and parking was full. We had to park curbside to pickup our food. Anyway, we got our food home nice and warm. At first glance, the presentation of it did not look too appealing, but my mushroom ravioli tasted really good in the creamy Alfredo mushroom sauce. The raviolis were big filled with delicious portabella mushrooms! Yummy!

I was waiting to leave a review! This place is definitely a Hidden Gem and I want to let everyone know how good it is the hot roast beef and the hot roast pork is spectacular not to mention all of their other menu items I’ve been coming here for over 15 years before and after the fire. I have entertained groups of five or more and never had any problems whatsoever dining in take it from a truck driver this is a good place to eat

Amazing pizza and other Italian cuisine. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the service was fast and friendly. They have a wide variety of choices on the menu, including burgers, quesadillas, salads, cold/hot sandwiches, pizza specialties, and more. Definitely recommend stopping here for a slice one day!

The food is great but you gotta tell the lady on the phone you want your toppings on the whole pizza. I ordered a “large pepperoni pizza” but got half cheese half pep. In what world do people have to specify I want a large pepperoni pizza on both sides?

Their food is very good however if you’re picking it up to take home the plastic boxes that they put the food in unfortunately just make the bread so soggy it’s definitely affecting the quality of the food.

Wow!!! We have been going to Franco’s for over 3 decades. Back in the day it was our go to place- not so much now. Over the past two years we have been disappointed with what was brought out from the kitchen. What is listed on the menu is not what comes to our table. Usually the waitress is apologetic and tries to fix it not so much today. Obviously she was spread thin being the only waitress working today however instead of being apologetic for the kitchen errors she said that the chef always makes the dish that way and she always serves it that way even though the menu states something different. She made us feel like we were not entitled to have what was listed on the menu. On top of that we were overcharged on our beverage – the menu listed one price and we were charged more. This is an owner situation
Where is the consistency?
Why is this family owned business not keeping an eye on the quality and making sure they have adequate staff on site?
I am so sad because as much as I feel very loyal to Franco’s I cannot go back there anymore! The customer is right. We will not be back, sorry
