The pizza never miss but the wings is a different story. I was disappointed with the presentation and taste of my wings. The celery was too dirty to even eat.

Francos is our normal go to and the last couple times we ordered wings they have been slightly over done and smaller something that is still able to be eaten. Tonight after ordering we received our wings and we thought that having a couple that looked like twin wings was funny looking but not the worst until we tried to eat them and there was almost no meat between the wings or the wing was so thin. We ordered a double and I’m pretty sure they counted the half extra wing attached as 2 wings because there was not 20 all together. And some were missing meat all together we could see bone on them I was highly disappointed and unsure if this is going to become the new norm since it’s our go to for our family of 9.
The quality of food usually makes up for having to wait longer or the newer staff that is usually less than thrilled to be working and you can see it in their actions as well as how they speak abruptly to customers.

First time was great- generous toppings and tasty. Second time today totally skimped on the toppings. Was supposed to be half and half mushroom and sausage. Only one third each ingredient and skimpy sausage with plain cheese on the other third. The photo shows one row eaten. I probably will look for better pizza elsewhere.

Food and service was AMAZING! Ordered a party pack and another party pizza before the place even opened and we had it delivered to our workplace (a hospital) within an hour and a half. Pizza and wings were so so good! Cheesy pizza and saucy wings- just what we needed for our retirement party for someone who worked here for 38 years! We had a really great pizza party thanks to Franco’s! Love this place!!! 🙂

Had a medium pizza 1/2 pepperoni plus 20 med wings. Perfect for a family of 4.
Ordered extra cook on the wings, and they came out perfect. On time, and workers are quick. Pizza would have been better if there was an option online for extra cook on it as well. The bottom can be a bit too soft for my liking, but the toppings and sauce are always good.

Franco’s is always a great choice. Their regular pizza is great, but their chicken finger pizza is one of, if not THE best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Big slashes of wing sauce and bleu cheese on top, simply perfect.
Wings are on point as well. They have a few locations around town, but none are particularly close to me. But I will make the drive every so often to get that chicken finger pizza.

The general manager, Shaun, was so nice and accommodating when I explained my issue. He handled it with complete professionalism and I appreciate that. I was already a long time customer…..but I will be even longer now. Their food is always great so allow tjos review to convince you to try!

Traveling through Buffalo, I stopped for the night. Picked up a pizza from Franco’s. Great pizza. I got a medium thin crust. It was more food than most shops large. Very good sauce also .
