Very disappointed. We love Francos pizza and wings and haven’t had it in awhile. We ordered the large pizza and 20 wing deal and I was so shocked with how tiny the wings were and over cooked and dried out inside. What happened?!? This was not worth the $59.

Staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and provided quick service. I had the 2 slice and soda special. Pepperoni and mushroom pizza was absolutely delicious. Large slices were served hot and perfectly seasoned with generous toppings. I Love Franco’s, highly recommend trying them, you will not be disappointed. ❤️ ❤️

I ordered a sub and received a raw chicken finger sub. Went back to the store and could not get a refund until the next day. The gm was very nice about it. And said she would refund my card, but no one wanted to know about my experience or if everyone was ok after I received raw chicken and my husband had already bit into the sandwich. He could have gotten really sick and no one seemed to care. All I got was my refund nothing else for being unconvinced. I was disappointed and will not be ordering again. And I used to order at least once a week

I came here a few months ago and the service was terrible, attitude at the front counter for no reason. Told myself I wouldn’t go back, I’d rather travel to somewhere else to get my food. I was in the neighborhood and was hungry, decided to give another try. I came in and the girl with the blue hair was rushing me with my order. I put in a request and she tells me “it’s already made that way”. I get the food and it clearly wasn’t made that way and the personal pizza was extremely small. She put the food on the counter and walked away so fast because she knew the food didn’t look right. I’m disappointed and unsatisfied because you’d think, the service would be better especially if I’m spending my money in the establishment. Terrible and the girl with the blue hair needs to be talked to. She needs better customer service.
Update: Owner said to contact them. I did so and the response has been nothing but silence. I think they only responded to my review to make it appear as if something would be done.

Francos never dissapoints. Prices are a little expensive than other places, but I know they always get my order right. Wings we got were a little small. Got lowercase wings, but still good. No stink attitudes, quick when I grabbed my order, even in the middle of playoff football.

Becoming our favorite place to get pizza. A little more expensive but, the pizza is delivered on-time and at the correct temperature. Our pizza was proofed perfectly and delicious. We ordered from the Delaware location but, we noticed that Francos is pretty consistent across all locations. Great experience. Go Bills!

My large pizza was totally smashed to one side of the box. We ordered 7/28/25 from the Niagara Falls Location. We ordered a large pizza and an antipasta salad. Not sure how much force was exerted on the box to cause the pizza to be smashed to one side. As soon as I received the box I knew something was wrong, the left side of the box was much heavier than the right side.
