The personal size pizzas are the best size this way my husband and I can order what we want he gets the Philly cheesesteak which is really good but I was in the mood for a Hawaiian pizza which is also good. I attached pictures! Both recommended.

We drove up from Cincinnati and found this wonderful pizza place! My husband got wings, and my father and I shared a pizza. I have to say that it was the best pizza I have ever had. The wings were perfectly cooked. We ordered a pizza the night before we left to come home and brought the leftovers home for lunch! I definitely recommend Franco’s! I wish we had one in Cincinnati!

We use to order from Franco’s but hadn’t in a while due to our finances. This July 4, 2023 after hosting an Independence Day/birthday party we decided to treat ourselves and order a large cheese and pepperoni pizza for ourselves and some out of town family who were staying with us. To say that we all were disappointed would be an understatement!! The pizza was barely cooked and had absolutely no flavor. The sauce was bland and we were unable to detect any spices on the pizza. It may have looked good but as stated earlier had absolutely no taste. For $24.00 we expected better. If no stars was an option, I would have given them that. They use to make a decent pizza, but not any more.

Franco’s is my favorite local Pizza shop. I usally order pizza and fingers or wings at least twice a month. Over the last 5 years I’ve only had three orders that were problems. One of those problems was receiving wings that were the wrong flavor. I immediately contacted Franco’s and they agreed to cover my next order of wings. The other two problems were hard to explain, but the pizza just tasted bad. I hardly ever throw out food, but in those cases I did. I contacted Franco’s twice and I was reimbursed for one of those pizzas.

Absolutely my Favorite Pizza,Wings and Subs. Payne Ave. crew is so amazing. Great customer service and never a complaint about my service. Work for Sheriff Department and always grabbing food for our 16 hour shifts. Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Steak umms on a sandwich that cost me 19 dollars. Really? Also their DoorDash menu asks you want topping you want on the sandwich rather than what to leave off. I specifically remember not checking the box for lettuce. That means I DONT want lettuce … the sandwich taste better than it looks after scraping off the lettuce so.. 2 stars. They put medium sauce on as if it costs 10 dollars an ounce. Like I didn’t even taste it. I could see “sauce” on my top bun otherwise I’d think they didn’t put any on… Won’t order that from them again. Only pizza from now on

Wonderful pizza. Has been a favorite of mine for many years. Only 1 time my pepperoni was forgotten. I still enjoyed it with only cheese. Its not my style to send things back or complain. 1 Other thing is sometimes the cheese doesn’t make it to the crust. But still a wonderful experience. Employees are always nice and courteous as well!!

I decided to give Franco’s one last chance today 4/16/23, but what a disappointment. I recently did a review on your coupon codes and how they don’t always work even the ones we received via email. Today I want to talk about the inaccuracy of my orders over the years. If I order on line, 80% of the times my order is accurate, but when I order on the phone it’s usually almost always wrong.
