Decent pizza considering we have so many in the area. I usually stop in for slices which takes 10-15 mins on average as they heat it up. It’s usually pretty busy so I’m guessing that’s why the wait. I like the salty/zest sauce as well as the cup n char pepperoni that has a nice kick to it. They have multiple slice options when I stop in which is nice to have some variety. It’s also 5 mins from my house and the slices are a good portion for the 5$.

Overall I never have bad food or a bad experience when I order from Franco’s. I understand the staff is busy and can get a little overwhelmed sometimes and they help you as quick as they can and they do make some effort to be friendly. I like that you are able to see the kitchen area and the food being prepared, it makes you feel a bit better that the rules are being followed. If you have not tried Franco’s yet, I highly recommend it.

We will order a specialty pizza, chicken fingers and fries which are always amazing. Also, the delivery drivers are always polite and kind even when my 4 year old daughter has to come to the door and say hi when its snowing out. Thank you for the great service.

I ordered white pizza for the second time because the first time it was fabulous. Today it was absolutely disgusting. I think they had it frozen. The crust was tough, there was very little cheese on it and I was told it would take 50 minutes before it would be ready and it was over cooked. This was at 2:45 today. Not good

I ordered often from francos but this last time I ordered the hot turkey club and paid for extra cheese and there was cleary a single piece melted on the sub. The turkey was about half of what I usually get as well. I figured maybe somebody new or something so I didnt complain but usually everything is great, unfortunately just not this time

The pizza is fantastic from what I’m told by my wife and friends. I can only have gluten free crust, and my favorites are the Bacon Double Cheeseburger and the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Delivery is always prompt. Drivers are nice. Franco’s is my new go-to for delivery pizza.

Just picked up two orders for Uber Eats from this location. 1 of the 2 was done and the other was just being packaged up. I said OK cool im going to run the order to the car and come in for the other one, the one order was pretty big so I didn’t feel comfortable carrying both at the same time, I explained this and was told, sorry not my problem. A minute later the other order was finished and I get a sarcastic want help bringing it to the car since it was such a problem? I just said no thanks I’ll figure it out on my own since it wasn’t your problem. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff.

My husband is from California and doesn’t typically like Buffalo pizza. However, Franco’s listened to every one of our requests. It was the PERFECT pizza! I felt the need to call back for the cook’s names; way to go on our pizza, Sam and Katie!! You two deserve a raise!
