Gotta say the service was excellent. Although they were out of a couple of things on a Monday lunchtime, we took them up on their lunch offer of a pizza and drink for £12.50. I had a special with bacon which was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the crust which had lots of flavour. Toppings are high quality, too. The No Label Pale Ale was a bit meh, but overall we had a great lunch. My wife had their Gluten Free crust which seemed a little underdone but overall good. Beware If you have mobility issues, the toilets are two stories upstairs.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Franco Manca in Cambridge. The sourdough pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly charred crust, fresh tomato base, and high-quality toppings that were beautifully balanced. Paired with a lovely glass of red wine, it made for a simple but incredibly satisfying meal.
A special thank you to Csaba, who looked after us so well — attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The rest of the team were fantastic too, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a cool industrial vibe. Great service, great value, and amazing pizza — I’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time, great atmosphere. The pizza tasted fresh. They have a great team of staff. Csaba was very friendly and accommodating. He made sure to give us a table with great view upon our request. Will definitely come back soon!!!

We’ve been here a long time ago and I remember it being good, but honestly our meal tonight was great and better than expected. Usually our normal spot is Pizza Pilgrims, but today we actually found Franco better. We had the parmigiana and the buffala pizzas, and both were excellent. Dough was perfectly soft and pizza wasn’t burnt. The tiramisu was also excellent!

I spontaneously ordered a pizza to take away. The young man who took my order was extremely accommodating and friendly. The pizza was ready within less than four minutes. The dough was excellent, the sauce tasty and the chorizo of high quality. This is definitely worth a recommendation.

I love their drinks especially the homemade lemonade. So simple but refreshing. The tiramisu is one of the best as well, nothing outstanding because I have had plenty of tiramisu like theirs but it’s worth ordering.
I’ve had pizzas in Italy, Greece, New York to Bangkok and Franco Manca is actually the reason I bought my husband for a holiday in England.

We had a very nice experience today with my partner when we visited Cambridge! We had a table on the 1st floor with an amazing market view. We enjoyed the food and the very welcoming service. The Vegetarian salad was amazing along side our pizza with the cured Ham! We will definitely return in the future! Thank you for the amazing experience .

AMAZING, DELICIOUS, DELECTABLE pizza. Sourdough makes the base taste like Heaven, not feel bloated, and have real italian taste. Service is good and he checked up muiple times. Dips are nice and fresh so as the juice. Would definitely come back. Best food i’ve had in UK.
