My husband is a taco fanatic and has been to many Mexican places in central Florida and he has deemed this family owned food truck the best yet. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican tacos this is the place to go. I’m not huge on Mexican food but I make an exception for this place. They are both affordable and delicious!
They used to be at Lowe’s in fern park but when the pandemic hit they moved and my husband was having withdrawals we’ve finally been reunited at their new location and will continue to follow them wherever they go! Must try it!!

PREORDER YOUR FOOD BY TEXTING THEM. Don’t be like me and order there, you’ll end up waiting 30mins on a busy night…watching everyone else pick-up their delicious smelling bags of food.
Steak, chicken, Barbacoa, and potato tacos. Steak burrito. Extra hot sauce. Horchata. Filling is abundant, tacos are pre-sauced, limes on the side, good prices for the quality and quantity of the food. Great location with decent parking availability as well. Super cozy under the oak tree.
I absolutely housed the tacos. They were really good, not typical flavors in my opinion. Maybe like a different regional flavor of the standard al pastor and carnitas that we’re used to but really really good.
I used to live in LA and these would almost be better than the ones at my LA spot…if Francisco’s made their own fresh tortillas. Don’t let the tacos sit for long, they get soggy and the tortillas will tear.
My new favorite, go-to spot. So sorry to fiesta Mexico in Apopka.

If you want authentic tacos this little food truck is where it’s at. I got the chicken, pork and pernil. They were all very flavorful, fresh and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for great fresh tacos.

I have been eating at Francisco’s for at least 5 years. Best tacos in the South East, I have been to hundreds of taquerias in the nation. The freshness, flavor and goodness of these tacos are incredible. Worth an hour drive! I stick to tacos and the fresh lemonade. Amazing! The danger is that you will not stop coming, make it a daily trip. Plus they are super nice. Sometimes there is a line, worth the wait, just talk to people and share your love of tacos.

Oooooooo myyy these tacos were banging! Was in the mood for some tacos but didn’t want to drive all the way to mills to my fav taco spot. Quick search on top rated and this gem popped up. This place not only has great tacos but they are super authentic. Try all of the tacos you won’t be disappointed. I can not get over how amazing this place is. A breezy 87 degrees outside with a lovely lady taking orders and churning them out. We had a mix of chicken, barbacoa, and pernil across tacos and a burrito. That barbacoa was crafted by this woman blessed with a gift from God. I have zero explanation for how amazing this food was. The exterior was tidy, easy to find, order, take home. Seven tacos (Mexican style) and a burrito for $32. She set the bar so high that I don’t want to go to any restaurant again. Juicy, delicious, piping hot even after a 10 minute drive home. The hot sauce wasn’t too spicy which would be the only comment, delicious just less spicy than anticipated.
EDIT: i only had the guac sauce and green sauce, the red hot sauce is spicy, not so spicy you can’t taste the flavor which is absolutely delicious

They are a taco truck parked underneath a big oak tree and that makes it nice. The staff is nice and you get to ring a bell of they are busy preparing food. The lady that took my order was nice and I was able to pay with my card and my food did not take long to be ready for me to take it to go.
They offer tacos, quesadillas, hot dogs, burgers and sodas. I was craving tacos so I had a chicken taco, al pastor taco and a shrimp taco (this one came in a flour tortilla). I had them Mexican style (cilantro, onion, sauce and guac) and they sure hit the spot. Made to order, fresh and tasty. You can order tacos American style as well and that comes with sour cream, cheese and lettuce.
If you are around the area make sure you give them a try.

There are no words to describe how AMAZING our Tacos and Burrito Bowl were!! We ordered the chicken, steak, barbacoa, and Al Pastor. Every one was perfection!! Can’t wait to share this place with my husband!! I’d of taken pictures of the tacos but they were gone before I could get my phone!
