All the food was delicious! We had the chicken with avocado and the criolla salad paired with tostones. It was perfect. Our server Elizabeth was so helpful and patient with us. The music and ambiance was super chill. We will definitely be coming back to try other items in the menu.

Surrounded by a multitude of options of places to eat is this Venezuelan place. Nice Millennial style decor with soft music. Music level was perfect and so was the AC. We were welcomed by 2 girls wearing different outfits. Later I noticed that the wait staff has a peculiar uniform. The menu does not really describe the ingredients of the dishes offered and prices are on the very high end of the spectrum for the type of establishment. We ordered the ‘queso telita’ and was served in what looked like dirty dish water, see pic, and though it was supposed to be ‘al carbon’ it was warm at best. I was able to hold the dish with my hands without even feeling the heat. Also ordered the ‘chicken bowl’ and drinks. The chicken bowl had good flavors albeit being too salty for my taste. The red beans were good, also salty, and the salad was simple yet elegant. The main problem was the chicken. Well, what little chicken we got. Accompanied by frozen ‘maduros’ was what I can only guess 4 Oz of super dry chicken. Fresh it was not. Sad because it had potential but not only was it an ultra small amount but it was too dry and not enjoyable. As for the beverages, great flavors but as you can tell by the pics, mostly ice. For what we paid here I could have gotten a real solid mean in many other places. The service, well, typical. Had to wait several minutes to see the wait staff even though there were 2 employees talking next to me for the entirety of my meal. Wait staff would walk behind me but at no time would even approach to ask if everything was ok. Unlikely that I’ll return.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place for both a casual meal or a special occasion. Everything arrived on time, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients.
I would especially like to highlight our waitress Leydi who was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided outstanding service that truly made our experience even better.

My husband and I have been here three times now, and every visit has been wonderful. The food is consistently delicious, the service is always great, and the ambiance makes the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about their guests.

Francisca is one of our favorite restaurants and we come here very often because the food and overall experience are usually great. However, during our recent visit the service was disappointing. The server who took our table spent most of the time talking with other employees and never came by to check on us or see if we needed anything. She was inattentive and had an attitude, which really affected our experience. We still love Francisca, but we hope the service improves.
