I’m a CT pizza nerd and have a lot of years of working/managing pizza- this stuff has really good ingredients! Thin crispy crust with lots of flavor. We had the Tartufo specialty pie and a cheese with sausage/pepperoni. Tartufo was killer. But not for everyone. Cheese had too much cheese. But that’s the standard here in York Co PA- my two cents is go light on the cheese, save your money and cut the price a bit and have customers pay extra for more cheese. Let your great ingredients shine!! We’ll be back hoping for a 5 star pie with the right balance of crust/sauce/toppings 🙂

Ethan, the reason Hefty Lefties is as popular as it is, is because it’s generous portions for a reasonable price.
A $25 pepperoni pizza or $20 cheese is not reasonable. It’s a beyond a premium price. Almost double what I’d normally pay for a pizza anywhere else locally. Sons of Sicily has amazing pizzas for $10.
The pizzas damn good. But not $25 a pizza good. Was shocked at the $5 per topping price. Back to Hefty lefties it is.

Had a slice on one visit and enjoyed it although the fresh ricotta is not done in big blobs like in the pictures/video reels but instead in dime-size dots. I couldn’t really taste it. I then tried calling in an order and the person who answered seemed annoyed that I wanted to phone my order in. Then I asked for the pesto pizza minus the sausage (mom is a vegetarian) and she said they couldn’t customize pizzas. I said I just want you to leave that off – not much of a customization. She said it isn’t possible. Instead, I’d have to select “build a pizza” and it would cost more. Then I asked if the little dots of ricotta could be combined into some bigger blobs like in the photos and she said they can’t do that. They no longer make them with the big blobs. I was ready to spend $28 on that pizza but instead cancelled my order.

Fantastic Pizza! Your research and hard work shine through! Best pizza in York. I’ve had Barstool 8.3 pizza and 9.3 pizza. This is a solid 8.3. The Tuesday special is a deal! Don’t sleep on it. The homemade Italian Cherry Soda is tasty and refreshing! Will be back. Great that you can get slices so you don’t have to commit to a whole pie.

So you order from a kiosk, there is no in person ordering. So the service or lack there of gets 1 star. I actually saw this on social media and I wanted to try it. It looked so good. The cute Italian soda in a can cup, the pizza looked delicious. I ordered a slice and an Italian cherry soda I thought would come in this cute little can came in a plastic cup with a paper straw. So I’m already like what the heck, then the taste was so underwhelming. $7 dollars for this?! Save your money and definitely I do not buy an Italian soda and not just because it’s not in a cute can even if it was it definitely was not worth $7. The pizza was okay. The size was your average slice, quality was mid. I am actually glad we went there though. My husband went low and slow barbecue and it was absolutely amazing. Frachescas was subpar, no human interaction, food and drink fell flat, but your competitors came up swinging. Every other place we visited we were greeted, told us there must tries, but here I was met with a kiosk I remember just not the food which is highly important I also remember the people, experiences and interactions which your establishment truly lacked which is disappointing because this is honestly the purpose I went here. Nobody to give me recommendations, promoting your brand. I had other places do this and after tasting their food they didn’t even need to do this. However thank you because I found some amazing other restaurants. Good luck in the future.

The prices may seem pretty high but they’re huge pizzas. Had to take out a shelf just to fit the box in my fridge. Good slice selection and good quality ingredients.

Called in to order a Tye Dye pizza but wanted to add pepperoni onto it. Was told I can’t add it. I said I’d pay for it. They refused to modify an order. Piece of advice for you guys. If you want to stay in business especially when your lease is as high as it is, listen to your customers and give them what they want if they are willing to pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. You lost my business.

I have never done a review before .this is a first. I was so excited to visit Francesco’s at the Franklin street social since I live one street over. Well I ordered a simple cheese slice thinking they put ricotta cheese on it . Well they don’t . I asked for some and they charge you as much as the 3.00 pizza so I said no thank you I had to ask for the manager. The cashier girl was the worst. So rude I was schocked. The manager came over and never introduced himself I had to ask his name . He asked me if I wanted ricotta cheese and I said no I don’t want anything for free . Well my pizza was up the same girl. I said thank you and she said uh huh not even your welcome pizza was cold hard and burnt . I’d rather eat Pizza Hut . So disappointed I will never go back
