This is a long-standing local Italian spot that offers a comfortable, familiar experience. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. The food is straightforward and classic, nothing that stood out or surprised us. The atmosphere is simple, relaxed, and outdated. It’s the kind of place that’s easy to settle into.

Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a familiar, no-frills Italian meal with good service, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to recommend.

We hadn’t been to this restaurant since the 1990s. We had the manicotti with salad and the chicken Parmesan with lasagna. The food was better than we remembered. The ranch salad dressing tasted like it was made in house and the tomato sauce was delicious.

My family comes here often and it is always a favourite! The best thing to order is the mini pizza combo as you get the best of both pizza and a pasta choice. The staff are very friendly and never let our cups of water go empty.

I’ve been here quite a few times. I usually get the lunch combo, two half portions. The salad is always good, fresh crisp with tomatoes, pickled beets, cucumbers and salad dressing. The food is decent. Today I had the spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna. The lasagna has none to little meat, just pasta and cheese sauce. The flavor of the sauce on the spaghetti was average, not exceptional. Meatballs were pretty good. I waited a long time to get a refill. I will continue to frequent this place because they have a good variety of Italian food.

We are so happy we found a “new” Italian place to eat at! I’ve driven past this place for decades, but never tried it before. I’m so grateful we did today!! Everything was delicious. The portions were generous without being wasteful. The prices were very reasonable. All of the sauces and dressings were hearty and tasty. I don’t have any complaints at all! We will definitely be back in the future.

Francesco’s Nothing fancy but a personal favorite for a delicious dish of lasagna. Always hot and more than I can finish while dining in. The bread sticks…so delicious. I must be honest sometimes I visit just for the garlic cheese breadsticks. We’ve been enjoying Francesco’s for ages! As always thank you Francesco’s for another enjoyable dinner!

I’ve eaten here twice at the time of this review. I feel it’s fair enough not to base every review on just one bad experience. So, this is my honest opinion of the pros and cons. In short, it’s mediocre, at best. Food MAY be satiating enough, but tasteless. It’s not HORRIBLY bad, but I’ve found the Old Spaghetti Factory just south of here more satisfying.

First time, I admit I loved the atmosphere best. Service was fine and I had no complaints there. The chicken alfredo was alright, but the chicken was a bit bland; like it had come from a can with no seasoning (I have enjoyed canned chicken, mind you, by adding decent seasonings when I cook).

The second time I ordered what I understood to be a charboiled chicken breast dinner with soup and pasta. It was okay, except the chicken seemed more rubbery than tender by taste and texture and was more smothered in diced tomatoes than seasoned as I anticipated. I was kind of disappointed, but still tipped my waitress both times for their hard work and attentive service.

I never blame it on my server for poor cooking or a bad menu, but I don’t expect I’ll be eating there a third time either. There’s better restaurants out there, so I don’t need to hold a grudge. Even if Old Spaghetti Factory costs more by comparison, it’s worth the difference, believe me.

I went here on a week day, my birthday. The service was terrible. The food even worse.
I asked for a dish easy sauce the server was like no problem.
15 minutes later he said the dishes were pre-made and they couldn’t.
I ordered a pizza with three ingredients. When it came out the green peppers and olives were cold. I asked the server.
He again said it was pre made and they add the toppings after it is cooked.

It was really great! The Cheese sticks are amazing, and the menu is full of other really tasty options from Hamburgers to different pastas and pizzas. They also have a friendly and helpful staff. Loved my experience!

It’s that type of place that you don’t love but didn’t hate it either. Food was average, along with the service. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again and honesty would likely try something new even if I was in the area. Tried tortellini with Alfredo and the lasagna.
