We had my cousins bridal shower here. Kim was our server. She handled at least 10 tables on her own. She was phenomenal. Our drinks were never empty. She was so sweet and was amazing! My mom was a career waitress. I know what to look for when I see good service and bad. Kim is exceptional. She multi tasks like a champ. The food was great but the service stood out and made our event run smoothly. If I could give her more stars I would. I honestly hope management sees this and considers giving her a raise. She made our day! We will definitely host more events here and tell our friends to as well. Thank you Kim for your attention and hospitality! We had a great time!

Went here for a nice dinner out with my boyfriend since we had been here about 2 years ago beforehand and had a good experience. When we went last week the entire menu was different and my boyfriends pasta sauce was watery and I ended up having to send my meal back because it was ice cold and my replacement meal was good but I ordered a dish with roasted eggplant, but they left the skin on the eggplant, which I’m not sure if I cared for very much. Management removed the charge from the first meal off of our check and staff was more than accommodating to our needs. However, I don’t believe we will be returning anytime in the near future.

Best place ever! Kristin is a very informative manager and helped me out with the menu and helped my son read out the menu as he has a learning disorder. I’m very happy with the staff, and would come back again. But need some renovations, place is old.

Stopped in on a whim just driving past. Excellent food. We had the beet and goat cheese salad special, half chicken entree, and Short rib Fettuccine pasta. Martina took excellent care of us, even with the restaurant busy she was personable and efficient. As a service industry worker, it’s hard to find places with great food and great service all around. We will definitely be back.

Terrible, hosts were unfortunately unfriendly or perhaps racist, food for the price you pay is not at the level. Leaving in the area and a family of 5 members usually enjoy dinner once a week in our local restaurants but Francesca’s is not a place to tryout, it could be only a place for friends.

I just don’t get the welcoming, comforting atmosphere when dining here. I’ve eaten there 4 times, and it just feels like a business meeting. Too quiet, not enough ambiance or things to absorb about the place. The menu is hard to read in the sense that you can only recognize one or two of the ingredients listed for each dish. I love Italian food and am half Italian, but the best thing about this place is the oil and bread. It’s a bit pricey as well for the overall experience. It’s not a favorite of ours, and we will not be dining there again.

Excellent choice for a late Friday lunch. Tacho, our server, made many suggestions from the cold rose to the salmon special. and he was correct! Everything was delicious. I highly recommend if you are looking for good wine, good atmosphere, good food, and good service!
