Came for the excellent pizza, wound up learning they have the best CHEESESTEAKS!! The pizza here is top notch & they always have a few great specialty types of slices available. However, for some reason I felt like having a CHEESESTEAK, and boy am I glad I did. Their CHEESESTEAK kicks ass!! The meat is so flavorful, the bread so very soft, a perfect combo. The young man who is the owner is very accommodating and excited about his food. Also, there is another very warm and friendly guy running the counter who really makes sure you feel right at home. They even have a Monday pasta special I can’t wait to check out. This place has definitely got a Buzz right now!!

Overall 3.5. Let me start off by saying if I was rating staff only, 5 stars all day. Unfortunately this is more of a food review than it is staff friendliness. I had a plain slice and grandma slice. On a one bite rating, I give the plain slice a 6.9 due to a nice flavorful bite. Not bland at all. No need to add anything in a shaker at the table to compensate for blandness. Where this slice falls apart for me is the crust. I couldn’t eat it. I like a crispy, but a nice chew to the crust. This was a hard thick cracker like crust. If you look at the video, you’ll see what I mean. If the crust was more to my liking, it would jump up the score to around a 7.5ish, which is a go to neighborhood spot where you don’t care about looking for something different. The grandma on looks was highly enticing. However, on the first bite I found the sauce to be way too sweet. Had a nice crisp on the undercarriage, but the sauce was the issue for me. On the one bite scale, I give it a 6.4. I wanted to and had high hopes to be in the 8’s for this place, if I lived in the area there is a different spot that would be my go to. Again, nothing against staff. They were super friendly and engaging. Their dinners may be fantastic, but I really don’t stray from pizza (maybe a chicken parm once in a while) when hitting up pizzerias.

Francesca’s is at it again! My wife and I have enjoyed their takeout and even catering. We recently tried their family meal deal and it’s such a deal! For $60, the family meal for four people comes with one salad, one pasta, one entree, and eight garlic knots. Even though it says for four people, you get so much food that we all ended up having leftovers! We tried the penne vodka and chicken parmesan and both were so delicious.

The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh, generously portioned, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was pure bliss. But what made the experience even better was the service. Danny was incredible! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Man, where to start? Best pizzeria i’ve ever been to. Tyler (owner) is such a nice guy. Anyone who steps into his shop will be greeted with his amazing personality and customer service. Food is outstanding!! Truly no other pizza shop in Edison better than Francesca’s. There at Francesca’s Pizzeria, there is so many plates to choose from! Me personally, I really like the Meatball Parmigiana and the pepperoni pizza. Has always been a go to for me. Also, this pizzeria is a great environment for kids!! To anyone who is looking for a new pizzeria to try out, this is definitely the spot to go to. It’s a true gem.

Wow! Let me tell you this! I recently switched to this place from another local place in town went to absolute crap! I was drawn by the amazing reviews and the awesome pictures of the food! Let me tell you it tastes as good as it looks! The staff is super awesome and friendly! Good local boys looking to make a name for themselves and live the classic American dream! Just everything about this place seems right! Glad I tried it! I will most certainly be back and I will definitely tell all my friends about this place! Keep rocking on gentlemen!

We love this place. The pizza is delicious. We tried the eggplant parm and really enjoyed it. They have parking and plenty of seating. Everyone there is very nice. The prices are reasonable.

Francesca’s is our go-to Pizzeria. They have excellent thin crust pizza and specialty slices.
Their chicken frances is excellent as is the chicken Parmesan. We also like the eggplant rollatini and the portabello ravioli. The butternut squash soup is another favorite.
Nice people and excellent service. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
