Good Italian Comfort Food ~ done well & right.. the garlic knots are tasty, the dishes plentiful~ he had Chicken Parm & soup ~ & I had Fettuccine Alfredo & salad we shared a Tomato Mozz appetizer ~ reasonably priced for the 2 of us & we both brought some home ~ Decent service as well ~ planning on trying Pizza next time!

We were excited to try this place since we used to love going to Vince and Tony’s for years as our usual go to spot. However, our first experience at this new place was disappointing. The service was slow and in chaos. Our entrees for four people took close to 2 hours to arrive and the place was not packed. Pretty much the exact same menu as V&T but food seemed like they used lower quality ingredients for the rolls, calamari, wings, meatballs, mussels. They brought us the wrong drinks, wrong appetizers, and then accidentally charged us (which they did correct). The waitress didn’t know any of the drinks on tap and the drink menu didn’t have prices or brands listed. We asked the manager why the long wait for the food and they kept telling us that the food would be coming out which it didn’t, we then noticed other customers asking the same questions. They need to hire a lot more people and do alot more training. We will not be going back for a while until they hopefully get things figured out.

So glad I went! I ordered the lobster/crab ravioli special. The red sauce was creamy and not heavy on the tomato. The garlic rolls were plentiful, soft, and very good. Met the owner and he was extremely hospitable. Our server, was very pleasant, efficient, and very accommodating to my friend with her dairy and gluten allergies. I will definitely be eating here again!

We had a baby shower at Vince and Tony’s and everything was wonderful from the food, the service, to the reasonable prices. The serving staff was professional and helpful. Very accommodating. I can’t say enough good about our experience here!!!! The guests were very impressed. I would give it ten stars if I could.

Love the food here. The Sicilian pizza is amazing. The portions are generous, no matter what you order. Service seems good, but sometimes it takes a while for food to come out of the kitchen. The food is always hot when we get it. Will definitely be back again regularly.

I was a faithful guest of Vince & Tony’s. They made my favorite pizza in town. When they closed I was upset but happy to hear Francesca’s would be opening with the same menu and was told the recipes would be the same as Vince & Tony’s.
Unfortunately, it is not the same. We have ordered take out from them several times since they opened in April. The quality has gone down. Not my favorite pizza anymore. The service is what really disappoints me. Just pick up our order that I called in and it was chaos watching them try and find it. No body seemed to know what was going on. If this was the only time this had happened that would be one thing but this now seems to be the norm. Time to start looking for a new pizza place. 🙁

I just love this restaurant. I just started coming here . It reminds me of a Mom & Pop restaurant that was is in my hometown. The Pizza has a crispy crust with the right amount of cheese and sauce., just right. I love their pasta dishes. I have tried two so far and can’t wait to try more. When my boyfriend comes down for the weekend we always make a point to come here. The staff is very nice and friendly. Try this place you won’t be disappointed.

Change here was not good. Used to be our go to restaurant but no more. After being seated and our drink orders taken it was 20 minutes before our order was taken. My wife order an Italian hoagie and I ordered a cheese steak. We also received what used to the delicious garlic bread, not any more. The pieces were like golf balls. We waited 45 minutes for our 2 sandwiches. We also asked for a second order of the garlic bread, again not eatable. Food was nothing like it was before it closed. Needless to say we will not be going back.
