Food was tasty. However, the restaurant smelled bad because the trash had not been emptied.

The restaurant is not in the best neighborhood so be safe cause its definitely worth going. The food was amazing. Curry Goat and Chicken well seasoned and delicious. Definitely on my top Jamaican spots. Friendly cashier very down to earth. The took us even though they were closing soon. So appreciative of the attitude some places do not provide customer service that makes you want to return but anytime we are in ATL we will stop by!!! Thank you guys!!!

This is the worst jamaican food I’ve ever had!!! I even called ahead and ask the restaurant if the jerk chicken was grilled or stew based! She lied and told me it’s grilled with a gravy! I should have know then not a good sign. Jerk chicken was NOT grilled, it was stewed and over cooked and tough! The fact the person behind the register lied and then wasn’t even friendly…. I’ll never go back!!! I hope they enjoyed my donation to the restaurant, it was money wasted! I do not recommend!!! I should have gone with my first mind and fought traffic for 20 mins vs taking the easy route to this horrible restaurant that was only 8mins away! Never again !!!

This is some of the best Jamaican food. I’ve had here in Atlanta. It’s a classic spot and I’ve been coming here for years. The food has not changed. The consistency is always the same. The food is always nice and hot and exactly what you want it to be.

The best Jamaican food I’ve had in a while!!(and I’m Jamaican) The chef super friendly, we had a great talk about Jamaica. But the food, wow!! If I could give 6 stars I would. Very well seasoned and delicious. Jamaica approves of this restaurant!

Not the best food at all the rice nuh have no season or the cabbage. Best things here is the patties. And the receipt wasn’t itemized so I felt like I got robbed. Lol. $41 for 6 Pattie’s and a jerk chicken lol

no seasoning like none just so plain and basic no spice no flavor no heat $24 oxtail plate and the cabbage has corn in it thats random. Oxtails are cooked nicely and soft(points for that) but plain it’s just like I’m eating air tasteless oxtails and I’m Bajan where is the scotch bonnet pepper? where is the Maggie cube?
Good for beef patty, cocoa bread, and DG cola that’s it.
The chef must not be tasting the food because I know any reasonable Caribbean elder would taste what I was served and be very disappointed. It’s like you went through the motions and forgot to use any thyme anything.

Friendly receptionist. Prompt and efficient service. Enjoyed the goat curry & rice/beans with sweet potatoes. Small, with only two tables for sitting and eating in, but very chill place. Food was pricier than I expected, but good bang for buck.

Yeah, this was terrible. First off this place is bland bland like spices must be a rare commodity. Like you have to travel to the new world to get.But y’all the taste once you get past the unflavoring is raisins in potato salad bad. Also how can you serve candied yams without sugar.

The food here was really good. I ordered the Brown stew chicken with peas and rice cabbage and a side order of plantains. The food was seasoned perfectly. If you are in the area I highly recommend this spot if you are in the mood for some good Caribbean food.
