Lovely experience here. I appreciated the visual appearance of the industrial decor, high ceilings and display cases. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and both the coffee and ice cream were well made. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there is plenty of seating. WiFi and several outlets are available which make it a great spot to get work done. The ice cream area is small but perfect for grab-and-go. You may also enjoy the outdoor seating area. There was a great variety of snacks to complement the drink options. Definitely stopping in again!

I love Foxtail and adore a good chunk of the employees that work at this location as well. I really want to leave a raving review about this place, but today’s experience was a little off putting.
Usually the attitude of the employees and service is IMPECTABLE but today the lady working did not seem to enjoy being there. When taking my order I was met with the attitude of “I don’t really want to do this” and the body language did not make me feel confident in what I was ordering. It was strange because everyone else that’s usually working has an amazing personality, with high energy, and somehow I always manage to leave feeling better than I walked in.
Outside of today’s experience – Cory, Nicolas, and Damien are amazing! I always look forward to the days that I can stop in to see them. My coffee was great!! The service was quick and I was able to get in + out once my order was taken.

Might be the best ice cream I have ever had! Lemon Cake and Blueberry Pancakes, are you kidding me! There was so much delicious lemony cake chunks that would have been an amazing dessert on its own, it is hard for me not to go back for this every day. Our hostess at Kelly’s was incredibly friendly and offered all the samples we could want, the coffee shop was very pleasant and inviting, and we had a nice table outside to enjoy the Spring sunshine. Really a perfect trip for brunch or dessert and a nice view of beautiful Clermont. Thank you so much Kelly’s!!

The chai latte and chocolate croissants are absolute heaven—they’re basically the only reason we haven’t given up on this place yet.
But the service? Non-existence. On some visits, we’ve stood at the counter for so long we actually had to call the shop’s phone number while standing inside just to get someone to come out from wherever they were at – IF they ever came out.
Most of the time, they just left the phone ringing off the hook. The baristas always seem miserable and are experts at being invisible.
Also, a heads-up: the croissants are delicious but served cold and hard. If you go after 6 PM, don’t bother asking for them to be warmed up.
Apparently, the “office” closes at 6 PM (whatever that means?), so they can’t use the oven… even though the shop stays open until 8 PM. Tips for the owner: please invest in a small microwave.
If it weren’t for the 50% off gift card, we’d be long gone. Go for the drinks and pastries, but bring a lot of patience.

The service was poorly!
We were waiting for three minutes for the employee.
When the employee came to serve us; she was also answering the phone. This is such a waste of time waiting for four coffees. In addition, another employee came and she started talking to another employee who came from the back.
The size of the cups were small and the coffee tastes burnt. We requested to be replaced once.
We will never return!

Incredible little spot! It’s got a fun, kind of bar layout, but all the coffee house and comfort vibes! They have a wide variety of options, alternates, flavors.. this was my first foxtail experience and I will definitely be seeking others out. Great place to chill, study, or have a small meeting

Foxtail Coffee Shop presents itself with the appealing design and cozy ambiance of a modern third-wave establishment. They even offer cold brews and pour-overs with specialty beans, leading you to believe they cater to a discerning coffee palate. However, beneath this stylish facade, Foxtail operates more firmly in the second-wave category, particularly when it comes to espresso expertise.
My experience with their espresso-based drinks was consistently disappointing. A cortado arrived more like a macchiato, topped with an excessive amount of foam. Similarly, a subsequent latte also suffered from an abundance of foam, detracting from the intended balance and texture. While the decor is inviting and the staff genuinely friendly, the fundamental execution of their espresso falls short. For those seeking a truly well-crafted espresso, Foxtail is, regrettably, only a few steps above a mass-market chain like Starbucks, down to thier paper and plastic cups

Anna was so nice to me and my friend, she was able to maintain costumer service with the people in front of us who were making things difficult for her, and then was able to keep a smile with us after.
