Okay…..Here we go: Glad this place is open, gives us locals another MUCH needed place to visit. Inside is nice and I’m ready to beat my wife at the Air hockey Pirate game and the customer service was great… this is where my good experience ends. Two orders of 16 wings, small pizza, two iced teas and a water = $80 later. Received wrong wings ( they did offer to re-fire ) we chose not to because of time. Wings were good however, tender and decent flavor (Garlic Teriyaki and Gatlic Parmesan) , pizza a classic pepperoni… nice flavor. … Will give another shot and we are glad it’s here…. So I don’t want to be too critical as it’s just re-opened. Rooting for success as Shinnston deserves more options, this first visit wasn’t the best.

i have eaten here 2 times now, first time i got a large supreme pizza, second time i got a stromboli. Everything was delicious and amazing. You can tell the dough is fresh and home made, the service was very good, and the inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean. i work in shinnston so being able to order something online and going to pick it up after i get off is very convenient. have not had a bad experience yet and hope i don’t have one but definitely recommend this place!

My husband & I were so excited for this place to be open. I went here as a kid. I’m in my 30s now. I was sad when it closed during Covid. I introduced the Fairmont Fox’s pizza to my husband & made him a fan. Anyway my husband was surprisingly more excited than I was to get pizza here. We went I think it was Saturday October 4th. My husband called in & ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza & 2 Garlic Sauces. He was so excited when he picked it up he even left a tip. He brought it out to the car & we realized they accidentally gave us cheese which is fine everyone makes mistakes. He took it back in & I guess crossed paths with the manager. Told him the issue. The manager wasn’t very nice about it. Asked my husband who took his order which obviously he wasn’t sure he honestly thought it may have been the manager that took the order. My husband was so upset he just came back out to the car. I was honestly ready to go in & say something, but the guy came out with the pizza. He was nice, but he really should’ve apologized for the way he handled himself. Yeah people are excited right now for this pizza, but how you deal customers & handle yourself under pressure speaks volumes. It’s sad because we were excited & the pizza was good, but that left a bad impression. I don’t know if we’ll be back. Might just stick to the Fairmont Fox’s. If you know me & my husband we are both kind & understanding people. Not the kind of people you should lash out at. I hope the manager can do better as far as his attitude goes & how he handles unfortunate situations.

Pizza is excellent quality, flavor is spot on, no skimping on the toppings either. Highly recommend to anyone local looking for great pizza, personally think it’s way better than East of Chicago.

Ordered a wedgie and some fries the food was good and fresh . I’ve always loved foxes pizza I’ve been to several locations and this one is just as good . They told me 20 minutes came out in like 10-15 minutes I was definitely impressed.

I think everyone needs to keep in mind that changing management or running your own establishment is never easy. There are going to be customers who 100 percent love the food and service. On the flip side there’s going to be those unsatisfied customers. Regardless, we all choose in life where we can eat. If your unhappy chose elsewhere to eat the next time if you enjoyed your experience please return again very soon. And for those who are just posting terrible reviews to post them you have too much time on your hands. Keep up the great job foxs. You’ve got this.

Very sad how downhill this place has gone. We took our 2 sons. All the games were off, the girl working had the door locked we had to call to get let in. She had guy friends in the food laying all over the pool table playing video games on the TV there. Then more friends came in got a lot of free food all going back into the kitchen area. We ended up having to give her 3.40 too much because she said cash register drawer was stuck closed and she couldn’t get us our change. Then they were out of all drinks except water and a few regular cans of pepsi. Probably because her friends were taking whatever they wanted to drink for free. It took us 55 minutes to get our food. Which at least did taste good. I used to be a manager at 2 different Fox’s pizza places years ago. This was unacceptable! We would’ve spent a lot more on games and etc. But we ate and left as fast as we could. Just not a good family place anymore. And it’s sad because our area doesn’t have many family places left. Tried to find the owner’s info but couldn’t as of yet.

Well the pizza was okay until we got to the middle. It was gooey. We went there for a birthday party and didn’t realize that there are only like 6 tables when you first walk in. All the games are in the back. Half of them didn’t work. There were cigarette ashes all around the edge of the pool tables. One of the “employees” was out vaping with some punk teenagers right beside the younger kids who were there for the birthday party. We ended up just getting a pizza and leaving since there was no place to sit and it was so dirty. Also the only drinks I saw were cans of Pepsi and dr pepper maybe and water. A can of pop is a dollar and bottles are 2. So I mean unless you like ghetto places with punks vaping while you’re trying to eat I do not recommend going here.
