Usually a great place to order and chosen over two other Fox’s locations that also deliver. However, this last time we placed an order online with estimated delivery of 70 minutes. One hour after the order should have arrived I called the store. The person who answered the phone told me the order is out with a driver now and they made it accordingly. I told her that the online delivery estimate was an hour ago and she started getting irritated with me, the customer. Now I’m in customer service and get screamed at daily so I try not to be one of those customers. However, instead of apologizing, she told me that one of the drivers was in an accident earlier, the driver left from the store with our order 25 min ago and the order was made accordingly. Not good customer service. Maybe offer a partial refund for the delay, credit towards our next order, which will now sadly go to another local Fox’s, or even maybe a phone call telling us “Hey we apologize for the delay but one of our drivers was in an accident. We are working on your order but it won’t be there on time. Do you still want the order or can we refund you for another time?” I didn’t call in screaming, I was calm…just questioning where my order was that I paid $60 bucks for.
PS…the food arrived while I was typing this…15 minutes after I got off the phone with the irritated lady. And…it was cold.

This place never disappoints.
I do have e an issue with the salad it was icburg lettuce if I had known i would not have ordered it i s suggest that you change the picture on the menu for online or switch to romaine lettuce, please. And thank you, other than that. This place amazes me every time. It’s just absolutely delicious and the children love it.

The taco pizza and veggie wedgie were delicious and ready when promised. The store is well maintained, with open and easy parking. We will definitely be ordering there again.

Wish I could’ve left negative stars. I ordered online and it took the payment out and when I went to pick it up 40 min later they tell me there is no order in the system for me due to rain, there wasn’t even a storm and I’ll be refunded at the end of the night. I had my 5yr old with me hungry and ready for pizza. I work in the service industry and I know when things like this happen they could’ve simply asked what I ordered apologized for the inconvenience and made it up for me real quick. Instead she just told me I’ll be refunded and it’s out of their hands. It’s the storms fault. I was in complete disgust. Not with the inconvenience of their online system so much which is horrible, if you ask, but because you lack good customer service. Basically you don’t care about making your customers feel important enough, to go out of your way to do anything to fix it and make them happy. Trust me I have been in service industry for 10+ years. Customers are always your #1 priority. We are your business. We pay for the food so your business stays up and running. It’s okay though. I’ll find a fox’s pizza that cares about the inconvenience of their customers. & Will go out of their way to make sure they’re always happy with the service they’re given. Because this one doesn’t. Their system is down but not down enough to take the money out of your account. What a joke. I never go out of my way to leave a negative review on any business. But I felt the need to let people know if this is them and you have dealt with this then I’m sorry. There is always a way to make it right.

There are older reviews that make this place not look too good, but I must say I went in June 12, 2023 and everything was amazing. The woman working (Deborah I think? It was D-something) was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and took great care of my grandma and I. And then the pizza was some of the best we’ve had, no kidding. I’d go back in a heartbeat, it was delicious!

Stopped for a quick bite for lunch. The guys here were great and orders were made quickly and precisely.
The front door is located up some steps to the 2nd level, but there is additional parking in the rear with a wheelchair ramp and rear deck with outside seating.
We ate at a booth inside.
Workers and fellow patrons were friendly and our order was brought to our table fast. Restrooms are available as well as take-out. Nice little place to stop (especially with not many other choices nearby).

Ordered a pizza and a soda for delivery. Ask for a tip before delivery so I gave a 20% tip. I ordered a medium Pizza in a Diet Pepsi Pizza came cold and they did not bring the Diet Pepsi. They also can’t follow instructions because I asked them to call me gave him my phone number asked him to call me when it was on the way I was waiting in the lobby never saw the guy walk by he went up to my room even though the desk people told him I was right there. As far as the pizza goes it was the second worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I have a lot of pizza all over the country. $25 for a medium Pizza. Don’t waste your time your money or your effort
