I recently learned about the incredible support your team provided to our first responders during the snowstorm a few days ago. I was particularly impressed to hear that the owner not only ensured his employees had safe transportation to work during and after the storm but also doubled their wages for the day. It makes me even prouder to be a long-time customer of your Murrysville and Delmont locations. Your pizzas and strombolis have always been top-notch, and now, knowing how you give back to the community and care for your hardworking staff, I am more committed than ever to ordering from both of your stores. Ordered from this location, received a call stating they were told to transfer the order to the delmont location. I said that was fine. Waited 2 hours and decided to call the delmont location they said they never received the order and the other store never sent it over. The delmont store offered to make the order and set things right though. When the murrysville store called it seemed like the guy I spoke to had no idea what was happening and had little to no communication skills? Very strange?

We order from here pretty regular. They never disappoint. It’s always hot and fresh, whether deliver or takeout. Delivery is always on time and I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. Highly recommend!

Last night I ordered $60 worth of food from here. Extra steak on my 2 wedges.. pizza and a 1/2 hoagie .. when my husband came home with the food the wedges had barley anything on them and the steak and condiments were all over the box so he called to let them know we weren’t too happy with the food. The “owner” got on the phone and said she would remake 1 wedge and the pizza and deliver to the house which we were fine with. She then called back about 30 minutes later and said she would not deliver the food unless we were giving her the food she was replacing back which we had already thrown away she told us to “pick it out of the garbage” which again was fine and we did. When she arrived she proceeded to open the box’s and examine the food on my front porch while it’s -20 degrees outside !! Telling my husband how she didn’t think this was burnt and this and that. It was the most uncomfortable Erie situation I have ever been in! This went on for about 5 minutes while my little girl was sitting in the living room listening scared. It got to the point where she would not leave and was being confrontational after my husband asked her to leave 5 times. Finally he told her I’m going to let you deal with my wife and she finally got off our porch and left. I thought I was going to have to call the cops honestly. She also proceeded to tell my husband your not very nice when she was the one sitting on MY porch being ignorant and confrontational. I understand this is a business but if someone isn’t happy with what they ordered this isn’t the way to handle it. I will never order from this location again and will make sure everyone I know understands what happened last night. Learn how to handle a business and be professional because last night you were anything but! You don’t go to someone’s house and act the way you did and your lucky you left my porch when you did bc the next step was calling the police and having you physically removed and trust me I have the camera footage to show EXACTLY how you were acting

Called to place an order for delivery, a man answered who seemed very distraught, could hear him sign when I said I’d like to place and order. Ordered a pizza and ask that one item be left off and he signed again. Then when I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the sandwich menu, I asked him about the sandwich item I couldn’t find, he seemed very frustrated and replied, sir we have a lot of items for that type of sandwich, well I didn’t expect that type of reply.
Then he said one moment and then a women came on the phone, she was very pleasant and finished taking the order, I told her I had a coupon for so much off an order and she replied she did not have that in her system. She was very pleasant and said she would apply a discount because it wasn’t in the system. I replied thank you. She finished the order and wished a good night and I the same. I would suggest if the future they should monitor their employees and if they find one that seems to be overwhelmed or having an off night that he or she not be answering the phone! They have good food and I will continue to order from them despite occurred. Everyone has a moment.

Always too long for delivery and PNC bank has better hours. An hour before close and you can’t get a pizza delivered 2 miles down the road. Or 2 hours for delivery. If you can’t deliver why are you in the pizza business? Done with this location. Probably done with Foxes period.

This is Fox’s pizza in Murrysville. Very good pizza! Ordered the big daddy pizza,they delivered,very nice delivery driver and they were very polite on the phone! I will definitely order from there whenever I am at work!
