I don’t typically leave poor reviews, but at this point I am fed up. I usually get take out or delivery. At least three times my order has been incorrect upon delivery. I kept what I was given and didn’t complain. Another time I waited two hours for my food to be delivered. Tonight I ordered and picked up a pizza. Two pieces had nothing on them and two pieces had air bubbles so large that about half of each piece had nothing.

I visited here for the first time yesterday and had a lite lunch. I decided on a lunch special, which was a “Bambino” and Salad.
The Bambino is a small round mini cheese pizza having about the volume of a single slice. The salad was small and well made.
I decided to combine the Bambino with the salad. It turned out well and was just the right size. A pretty good deal for lunch under 5 bucks.
I was satisfied with this simple lunch and I would definitely buy anything else they make.

I would appreciate a call from management. Ordered 2 chicken salads and when I got home I had 1 steak 1 chicken and were made with toppings I asked to remove. I called in and the lady said she just clocked in and didn’t know what was going on. I asked for a refund or if they could make us something else. The guy in the background said maybe if they wouldn’t have waited so long to pick up they would be better. I ordered and was told 20 mins. I picked up in 25. It wasn’t a matter of them being fresh it was the fact they were not how I ordered them. When I continued to ask for a refund or to make something else the lady stated she couldn’t. When I asked her how a business could run like this without making it right she hung up on me. Now no one will answer my call.

We been coming for years and we try and support them but last 4 times we have came it’s been horrible. Hard lettuce, dough not cooked, ingredients added when asked not to buy this time it really caused my family of 8 not to come back. Pizza was very good, in my opinion. I dont like the bare spaces on my pizza, air bubbles, no sauce or toppings, etc but was pretty good.Had the pepperoni and ham pizza. Total came to $17.?? But well worth it. I know they r franchised and the last Fox’s pizza I had was a waste of time and money but this place was good..

I’m not sure why, but since Fox’s in Philipsburg closed, this location doesn’t seem to have the fox’s original taste. I used to LOVE the wedgies, but now the cheese is different, and they are light on-the-toppings. Mostly bread. It’s too bad, because the atmosphere when you dine is really chill.

I got a large pizza the crust was not even toasted I called they said they are having issues with the dough due to humidity they offered a discount I said hey I’m not picky just threw a med instead of a lg I’ll finish it in my oven but since we are 3 pieces they wouldn’t do it . Well we had to eat a price to find out it wasn’t good. I won’t be ordering from there again if anyone orders there better ask about if they are having trouble with there dough or you will get a doughy pizza and if u take a bite they won’t fix there mistake
