Very good end to a hard day. Was in town for the day on work from Memphis and decided to try them out on the way back. It was around 8 p.m. so they were getting ready for closing up. They made us some delicious pizza and we had a fun conversation with the young manager while we sat out front on our tailgate eating. If for some strange reason you ever find yourself in Bono, Arkansas, try them out. They’re worth it.

Ordered the special two medium two topping pizzas online and when we got the pizzas, it was half pepperoni half the other toppings when I called them to tell them the pizzas was wrong. They told me they can only do what was on the ticket. I told them I just use the app. And somebody needs to address the problem and she told me that it was a corporate problem that they couldn’t do anything about it so whenever you order pizza online and click on their specials, you better double check to make sure they’re not messing your pizzas up. this was absolutely terrible. Not to mention it was 30 something dollars. When it says two medium two topping pizzas, you expect The whole pizza to be two toppings, not just one topping on one half the pizza and one topping on the other half of the pizza November 25th 2025

So basically the place used to be really bad but as of lately This place has stepped up and made a better change if you had a bad past with this place dont let it stink you now point of view it cleaner and really costumer service I come in to the work area with my boyfriend and yes the pizza oily BUT thats just one feature I dont like it has nothing to do with fox’s by the way its the kind or guilty oil they use its awsome and yes past experiences have been not the best but as of this location everything better if not the best

I was really hoping to end my day good with this place.. but that sure didn’t happen. Ordered a deal that was supposed to be $27.99 advertised. Ended up being over $35 for that. Added a medium pizza which put it over $55. Left my 2 liter off. Food was barely even warm. Called to tell them they left my drink off and the pizza was cold, they told me they would give me a credit to my account for the drink.. They put the driver on the phone to tell me the boxes were still warm when he handed them to me. If they were warm when they were handed to us we would not be complaining about cold pizza. After I told him I didn’t want anything credited back to my account that I would not be using them any more he hung up on me. So poor food and customer service. First and last time I will be using fox’s pizza in Bono! And to add to that the girl on the phone while I was trying to order kept cutting me off every time I was trying to say something. I am less than a mile away from that place…
