Got home opened the breadsticks. Extremely burnt. Never seen a restaurant send a customer home with burnt food before. Ranch cups were not even 1/4 filled. Kids were extremely disappointed. The love bread sticks. I suggest anyone who goes here check your food before you leave!

On our way to sky bridge saw this place. Pizza by the slice. Just wanted something to tie us over. Stopped in. Pizza was little old looking. Cook said I can make one in 10 minutes what do you want on it. Great dough, sauce and toppings.

UPDATE – The manager called me the next day to apologize and make things right. We gave them another chance and this time the pizzas were ready on time, were correct and were good.
ORIGINAL POST – Two awful customer service experiences make me unfortunately post a poor review. Latest is pizza ordered was not delivered after 90 minutes. When
I called I was told it was on the way. After another 30 minutes I was told ‘sorry we did not start your order yet’.
The prior time I ordered was for a pickup where the wrong toppings were applied, so I was told to come back in hour for a new one.
Very sad, I had such high hopes for a good local pizza place. But they just can’t get it right.

Second time ordering pizza from here and both times I paid extra for pizza/garlic sauce cups and didn’t get them. The food isn’t terrible but needs some flavor/seasoning. Hard to enjoy dry breadsticks without sauce and there wasn’t any notable ranch sauce on the Steak Rancher pizza. We also asked for it to be well done and it wasn’t. At this point, we will just stick with BC Pizza or Little Caesars.
