I ordered delivery and paid with cash I noticed the driver didnt give me loose change so I called thebstore and the lady tried being funny saying she can bring me my 3 pennies if I wanted them because the drivers dont carry change. How many customers are yall doing this too because change adds up as well as the 4.00 delivery few for two block drive and a tip! If feel as if the person who answered the phone was trying to be funny acting as if my complaint wasnt valid! Do better west milton!

Called tonight to order two Stromboli and one pizza at 6:35pm. We were told it would be delivered in 35 mins. We called at 8:24pm to ask about our order and after confirming the order, name, and address we were told it was on its way. At 8:55pm we called one last time because they were closing in the next 30 mins. They admitted they entered the order for carry out on accident even though they verified all of the information to include our delivery address the second time we called. Bottom line: they lied to us. They told us it “was on the way” after confirming all our information. But when we called the final time, they realized they took the order wrong there wasn’t an apology or any offer to remedy the issue. We try very hard to choose local businesses to support. Unfortunately, this won’t be a place we can order from again.
One month later and I decided to give it another go. I must be a glutton for punishment because I just don’t learn lessons. Ordered the pizza and waited over two hours for it to be delivered. No call, no updates. I had to call and ask about my order. I was told there were several orders ahead of mine. It would have been better if I got a call saying there was a delay or an offer to cancel the order. Nothing. When I finally got it, it was smashed all to heck in the box. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Some lessons are learned the hard way. Heed my warning, you’ll be glad you did.

This is absolutely the best Fox’s Pizza in the Dayton area, hands-down. Pizza is always flavorful and made correctly, just like I remembered as a kid! The owner and most of the staff are extremely friendly too!!

But early evening yesterday
we had ordered some pizza to go.
The pizza cheese wasn’t melted, parts had nothing on it. I will still go to Foxes
Pizza again. Hopefully It was just a bad day.

The pizza is great! Love the prices for what you get and you know it’s good when the dinner table is silent because everyone’s stuffing thier faces! Service has been wonderful when we’ve called ahead, only thing I have to complain about is the online ordering through slice can be a pain but not crazy. I do believe the dining in is closed which is the only reason I gave 3 stars on the atmosphere. Great small town feel though!

This is my favorite place luv steak rancher. I called in Friday sound like older lady answered the phone. She took my order extra large rancher. Went to pick it up. I got charge for extra large. Then they couldn’t find it said it was under some other name sherry. I got it home. It was a large pizza. Not an extra large. Tried to call back. Couldn’t get through. This is the first time this has ever happened. But it’s pretty sad when you can’t call back to make it right.
