This place is amazing! The staff was super friendly, the food was incredible, and the price was great! I went back 2x on my trip here and got the same level of quality and service each time. The only difficult thing was figure out what to get because it was all so good. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Convenient location, nice outdoor seating (for a pizza place) and a fun environment inside. If your in town or live here, this is the pizza place I’d recommend.

Didn’t get my order until a 1 1/2 hour later it was cold and burnt worse service I have received plus the Buffalo chicken barely had any chicken on it. It was hard. You couldn’t hardly even chew it because it was overcooked to the point where the edges was all black and burnt. I will not be buying pizzas or any other food products from this area again.

We usually order from this location twice a month, the sandwich is always good. We placed a order Wednesday night and on our steak hoagie we ordered no tomato and no mushrooms. We get back home and there was mushrooms on the sandwich. I call to tell them and the manager did not apologize and said they would remake the sandwich if we brought it back, I told him we didn’t want to leave the house and he said they could deliver it if we paid the delivery charge. I’ve never heard this in my life. So I called the corporate office and spoke to a lady named Beth who was very professional and very nice who said she would call me back after talking to the store. No call back! I called again and spoke to Heather who was very pleasant and she told me the sandwich will be replaced. I never asked for it to be replaced. You would think the owner would compensate the customer better for the mistake his restaurant made, i see why his employees act the way they do. All good they lost my business and they can keep there sandwich. When picking up a order check it before you leave.

Moved away from Fairmont 25 years ago and hadn’t eaten at Fox’s since it was at the other end of Fairmont Ave. A relative said give them a try again and we are glad we did. The steak hoagie was delicious and the pizza was very good as well. We only got takeout but the young lady behind the counter was very friendly, our order was ready when they said it would be and it was reasonably priced for what we got.

Next time I’ll have a picture. My partner and I order on weekly basis. Food is great and drivers for delivery are fast and friendly. I don’t see any complaints here. If you don’t tell them how you want it cooked how will they know? Price are 5.99 and up you need to read and see what you want .it looks nice inside. I usually get delivery .staff is always accommodating and accessible on the phone. No complaints here. Thanks guys and girls at foxes pizza den!
