First time trying them and over all was not good. We ordered Wings, Subs and cheese sticks. The wings were burnt and dry. They had no sauce and were just sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. The cheese sticks were really grease. Don’t buy marinara because they give you a teaspoon amount (and you pay $2 for it). The sub was the only decent thing we enjoyed. Barely any toppings and the Buffalo sub is very dry barely no sauce.

Well decided that I would give them a try again to see if they got their act together. Needless to say stromboli has raw dough again. Added pictures to show how raw it is. Also ordered a pizza for my kids. Bad mistake. There’s literally no sauce hardly and the pizza is dry. Also added a picture of the pizza. Needless to say this will be our last time ordering here.
Definitely don’t recommend ordering from here. The kitchen area is always a mess and nasty looking. Ordered strombolis and the dough was still raw. Management/ owner obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. If you complain about your food they’re just rude.

Staff were friendly and attentive. The food came out hot. Wasn’t busy. About what you’d want and expect from a little regional chain pizza joint in a small town.

Hit or miss, often mediocre quality. Probably depends on who makes it. We typically order on the weekend. Today ordered 2 XL pizzas with bacon. They looked small, more like Medium maybe large. Husband took them back to get replaced. New ones were bigger but def not better. They barely had any cheese. I added one picture of the ‘replacement’ pies, the other was even worse.

I placed an online order at 6pm it said it would take 30 minutes, that’s fine. Upon arrival we are told they are running behind, again that’s fine. What’s not fine was picking up my food getting home and discovering all 3 calzones were wrong one so much so that it wasn’t eaten. My advice? Definitely check food before leaving with it because when they are running behind they clearly do not care about quality.

New management has the floors very clean that you can see when you do pick up at the drive up window. The pizza has been delicious and tastes the same the 2 times we’ve had it. It used to be different each time and lucky if it was good.

Amazing steak hoagies!!! And awesome customer service!!!!! Wish we lived closer and could go more often.. only Wish they were open to eat inside. It would make the hour drive easier if we didn’t have to eat in our car. Do Wish the wedge fries were cooked longer and crunchy.. but that’s my personal opinion, they were still good.
UPDATE: It’s now open on the inside, but tables and bathrooms were very dirty. Customer service was horrible. Food was still good at least.

I have complained loudly about Fox’s before but I just got a stromboli from them 6-16-2024. It was really good, not greasy like that used to be and other than the vegetables not being cooked, if was very tasty!!! I don’t know the boy that took over but I can see that he’s trying!!!
