I have heard a lot of messed up information about this location, I never have went to the Seneca location because of what I heard. But last night which would have been February 7 my husband and I had a superbowl party and decided to order from the Seneca location despite the information given to us. I must say for myself the very sweet kind young woman who identified herself as Christina (shift supervisor) took my call and kindly went over the deals they had going on, she answered every question without hesitation or even sounding irritated, she was very patient with us as we were trying to figure out what to order. We needed quite a few pizzas we decided on 4 big daddies 2 cheese 2 pepperoni and we wanted it for 615 and it was close to 5 at that time. She kindly placed our order her tone didnt change not once she didnt show no sign of frustration or anger she was very kind very sweet and very patient. We got to your restaurant by 6:10 and a young gentleman came to the register we didnt ask his name he was also very nice and rang us out and handed us our food (which was ready right at 6:15) we were very surprised after hearing rumors that food is.always late (which wasn’t the case at all, not even for a busy superbowl sunday) I must say for myself and my husband the Seneca fox’s is by far the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. The 2 employees there (Christina, and the young gentleman were fantastic kept good spirits and attitudes through the rush of superbowl they both deserve recognition or a raise) we left them a $20 tip. We will definitely be ordering from you guys again.

Delivery is almost always 2 hours late with no apology.
Sometime you get lucky and it’s only an hour and half late. The food just isn’t worth the mediocre service.

Ordered pizza at 430 for a 730 delivery. They called at 715 and said they didn’t have a delivery person. So went to pick it up and it wasn’t even cooked yet. No apologies. No anything. 0/10 don’t recommend.

If you pay for extra meat, you won’t get it. If you pay for extra ranch, you won’t get it. If you want mid food, go here. The bacon is fatty, steak sometimes has hard spots.. The only thing that semi was worth it was the buffalo chicken sub but even then they never give you what you pay for. I’ve had many bad experiences and I am tired of giving you guys a chance since all you do is scream “we have new owners”. If you want a good sub go to country fair, and if you are looking for pizza go to two cousins or fourstar. This place is two expensive to be such a non caring establishment.

We were driving home from seeing the eclipse and decided to get a pizza. It was an exciting day, so we felt a pizza was perfect. My husband stopped and ordered. He got my half wrong, so he had to change it. The girl was fine with that. The pizza was a relatively small large but was surprisingly affordable since my half was veggie and his half was pepperoni.

Another local favorite for Venango County. Personally, I’ve never had anything short of a wonderful experience with this restaurant. The staff is lovely and the food, delicious.
Always great to step away from the big food franchises for something a little closer to home.
