Great food, online ordering is an abysmal experience. After deciding to get take out instead of delivery, it refused to remove the delivery fee (despite indeed agreeing that I was now ordering takeout) until I exited the page and came back on a new tab, which still kept the driver tip for a driver that now, ostensibly, was not driving. Counter service was amicable and casual, which is nice.

I was told 20-30 minutes for my food to be delivered. An hour had passed since I ordered and I still had no food for the kids or us. I called back in and the girl said the driver left “shortly ago” and it took another 20+ minutes for the driver to deliver our food. Since my stromboli had been sitting for how long before it was delovered and the grease soaked into the dough and the box was totally saturated with grease through to the outside. The bacon wasn’t cooked completely and it was all the white fat part of the bacon instead of good meat. I am not impressed that the employee that is answering phones and taking orders hung up on me when I called to find out where our food was. On top of that, she can’t tell the truth about the status of an order.

Ordered wings and a pizza on a Tuesday night at 8:20, and they told us it would be 45 mins. 10:00 rolls around… yes, TEN O’CLOCK. I call and ask to be refunded. They assure me that the driver is on his way. Well, at this point it doesn’t even matter. It’s been almost two hours. They refund us our money, but get this… they still don’t deliver our food. We waited almost two hours until almost 10:20 at night, working in the early morning, waiting around… and they never even delivered our food. The absolute worst service I have ever had from any pizza delivery service or restaurant. Go elsewhere. I still can’t even believe it. What a joke.
