Tried to get food delivered, was told I was banned due to “missed deliveries”. Only one instance of an issue comes to mind and that’s when they messed up and delivered the wrong pizza. When I requested to have the pizza I had paid for delivered, the driver was very curt and rude. When I got the pizza, I got it looking like the posted picture. The owner didnt give much of a reason beyond what the computer said. Will be ordering from any other fox’s pizza since no one else has that issue

If a minus star was available I would give it!! Just ordered the new piergoi pizza. IT SUCKS!!! The mashed potatoes have no flavor at all!! No salt no pepper no butter. No seasoning at all. They just took hot water and added it to fake mashed potatoes, slapped it on a crust, through on some diced onion and cheese and threw it in the oven!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! They need to do better if it’s new!! Won’t be ordering this again

My wife just went in to order a pizza to be picked up at 5:50pm. The short, stout, white T-shirt, ball cap wearing employee was so rude and ignorant to her. He needs to understand his job is in the food service bussiness and the customer is his livelihood. We will not be buying pizza from the Punxsy store again.

Always order from there, only place that delivers to our house. I always tip good,but there’s something wrong with the order everytime. Last ordered 5/27/22. Had to call since they forgot so much stuff. Was told by the manager I’d get a credit. When I call today they said we never placed and order for 93.00 and didn’t get a credit. Never will I order from there again.
