HORRIBLE!! I’m disgusted with the way the employees handle customer service as well as food preparation. I made a delivery order for a steak and cheese wedgie with steak and cheese only on it, and I specified that I wanted nothing but steak and cheese. For some reason when it was delivered it was covered in pizza sauce. So I called to have it remade the correct way. The girls on the phone were extremely rude and unprofessional, and they were laughing as if the mess up was funny and intentional. The girl continuously ignored my issue and proceeded tell me I ordered it the “old” way because I didn’t verbally specify “no sauce”. What I specified was that I wanted only meat and cheese on the wedgie. Having said that, she said they would remake it and swap it out for the mistake. She then ever so rudely hung up on me. When the food was delivered the delivery driver was quick fast and in a hurry and didn’t want the other wedgie I was told to give him. I opened the box and was completely appalled at what was “supposed to be” a wedgie I was looking at. There was next to nothing on it and it looked as if it was cooked like a pizza would be cooked, open faced then cut and folded in half. My man called and asked what they thought was so funny. He literally just paid $45 for food, and what they sent was a terrible representation of foxes menu food. Not only did he pay the delivery fee, he also tipped the driver. We waited an hour and a half and still have yet to eat. On top of that, as I’m writing this review right now I was taking my first bite of the bambino, I found a long dark hair cooked into the pizza cheese as if it belonged there. ♀️ Come on now. People that handle food should honestly know better then to let something like this happen! SAD REALLY !!!!

Order from here regularly. Had a problem with this location last week. They received a wrong type of cheese sticks. I of course ordered not knowing. They were horrible. Looked like albino. Hard. I called. Was told i would have a credit since i paid cash. Fast forward to today. Tried to use my credit towards my order. Was told they don’t do that? So i canceled my order. It was only a 9 dollar credit. They lost a regular customer. Very sad indeed.

The Toco salad was cold. And I paid for extra meat and I didn’t get it. This is the second time we paid for extra meat and didn’t get it. I do not know how they can do this stuff to customers and get away with it. I am very very disappointed in the Foxes in vandergrift pa. I will no longer order from this Foxes.

This was the worst Foxes Experience I have ever had!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.
The Wedgie was so hard it was like biting into cardboard and there was little filling in the 2 we got. For 14$ a piece it shouldn’t be empty inside….The bacon was half cooked and there were sausage pieces mixed in with what was supposed to ONLY be bacon.
The cheesy breadsticks were so hard we couldn’t even bite into it.
We got the cinnamon sticks as well and the icing pack was still cold in the box just thrown inside and the sticks too, were hard.
Food was cold when we got there to pick it up, over cooked and customer service was very poor.

Took longer than they said. I ordered a 2L Pepsi Zero and got a regular Pepsi and when i mentioned that to the driver he said we don’t carry Pepsi zero when it’s labeled on the website i ordered it on.. and also you think you’d bring a Diet Pepsi over a regular or at least call and ask because I’m a diabetic and paid for it.

The food was good..but the service was slow..1 girl working..someone came in to get there order which was placed 45 minutes earlier, she didn’t start it…they canceled it and left
As for my order a pizza and hoagie..she put the pizza in then started making breadsticks for someone, phone rings..goes back to bread sticks then starts on a pizza, then my pizza is coming out she finally starts my hoagie..RIDICULOUS .foxs in vandergrift

Three of us went there over the weekend. The first thing I noticed is three kids working there, I’m sure that they were over 18, but it didn’t seem like they had a good grip on what was going on there, but they were pleasant. The problem… my wife ordered certain things on her ham and cheese wedgy none of which they put on! They also charged me for these toppings, which were never included! The food was just “OK “but honestly there are many other places with better service to order from. Nothing against these kids, but my order was not what we ordered at all.
This place was the go to place growing up, but just like everything else things change. There are a lot better places to eat at for the same money in my opinion.

I accidentally placed my order for the wrong date and mid birthday party when the pizza had not arrived yet, I realized what I had done and called them and they immediately accommodated me and had my order ready and delivered to my house in 20 minutes. Very pleased and so appreciative!
