Decided to stop here instead of the Pitcairn location since I was in the area. Both wedgies that we ordered were poorly cut and burnt. They poorly cut the wedgies, so 1/3 of the tops were exposed. The exposed side was loaded face down, so all those toppings fell out. When there was literally 4 staff standing around when I walked in, you’d think they could’ve taken a tiny bit more time making sure the food is made properly and not burnt.

Ordered for delivery. They said 45 minutes i waited 90 minutes and tried to call and their phones are turned off. 3 hours later still no food and no explanation. Completely unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere.

Honestly I’m not gonna take a pic if you know you know around here. But I have always respected this place but unfortunately recently I haven’t gone to this fox’s in awhile but I ordered a Italian sub and a couple other things but my sub was completely different and the meat was slightly cold. As for my toppings I had only three to four banana peppers on there?? Three strips of lettuce and two slices of tomato for a full sub. With no Italian dressing. That’s quite expensive for a sub that is that light.

Waited well over 45 minutes for what was told to be a 25 minute single pizza. When I was handed my sauces they were completely different from what I had asked for. The next time I had called to order the owner had my number singled out and had his employee put me on hold to have a “conversation” with me and instead of apologizing for the over extended wait on my singular pizza he accused me of being rude to one of his employees. I will go out of my way to go to any other foxes in the area, I used to go to this location once a week, will no longer go back after this experience. This owner does not care about his long term customers who support his business.
