They made an error on the size of my pizza around closing time, when I called them I insisted I needed the actual pizza not money off because I had a bunch of kids at my house to feed. They not only redelivered the correct size, they also game me a dessert for the kids. Im so impressed at how well their staff handled the situation! Props to everyone who worked last night!! CONSISTENTLY takes way longer for deliver than estimated. Most of the time (probably 3/5 times) order is 100% correct but if delivery estimate is 55 minutes, why is reality closer to 2 hours every time? And yes, I could pick up our orders instead but why offer a service that evidently cannot be provided?

I ordered online after a long day, not thinking that they close at 9pm. I called in because I felt bad, I told her I wasn’t thinking because of the day I had and she said no problem we’re here we will get your order out. Not only did she get my order out quickly, she remembered my sauce that I normally order but I forgot. She also left me a little note on my box that made me smile. Last time I tried the pizza my family and I wasn’t to happy. That was also like a year or 2 ago. We tried it again Last night to give it another chance. I must say it was delicious and we will be ordering from there again. That’s what was left after about 10 mins of me brining it through the door at home for dinner.. like 6 slices from our big daddy. Be careful if you are ordering online or using A google inquiry to get the phone number. Both the scottdale and connellsville stores are on pittsburgh street. Needless to say I ordered from the wrong store.
Is it too much to ask them To identify the store as fox’s pizza of connellsville or fox’s pizza of scottdale when the answering the phone? I was driving past mount pleasant when I pulled up their phone number and didn’t have an opportunity to examine the address anymore closely than the street to confirm. I realize that it was my mistake but, really poor customer service considering that there was no accommodation of any sort offered to me.

First, I want to say that there aren’t many restaurants anymore that I feel are worth my time or money. They either forget part of your oder or the food is unedible. My order that just came to my house arrived on time and hot. I mean the food was so hot we actually got to let it cool a little before eating it. The delivery girl was so kind and friendly. The online ordering was simple and easy. We received all of our order, everything was cooked perfectly, and it was all beyond amazing. I have got fox’s from other locations and to me it was flavorless…….what I just received from this location was full of flavor, packed with toppings, and delicious. I am blown away, so blown away that I had to type this before even finishing my food. What a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Nice young man who answered the phone, he let me know the specials. The delivery was awesome and fast, the young man wished us a good dinner and a good night ( we tipped him $5 we live 0.2 miles away). The pizza was amazing, a lot of cheese and heavy sauce with a nice crust that’s golden but white so it isn’t rough, I do not like crust but their crust is amazing and falls apart in your mouth.
