Got a taco pizza that was nachos and cheese on dough. Called to talk to a manager and none was on duty. I spoke with Bree who assured me an manager would call me back. Its been over a week. No call. No refund. No attempt to save the customer.

The hoagies we ordered were decent, the cheese balls were still cold and just not good. The experience was very odd, I arrived a few minutes before my order was ready and essentially was kicked out and told to wait in my vehicle. Last time I order from here.

Food was good, ordered on Sunday night and our delivery driver was rude upon arrival and asked me if i tried ordering from a different location as this one was closest to me but i’m considered plum, even though Plum is farther away from me. I let her know that when I input my address the location took me to the nearest store. She mentioned she didn’t mind bringing, which was unnecessary to add after correcting me. She was not nice about it. Very distasteful attitude.

I received a coupon in the mail. Had to create an online account. I couldn’t find a place to enter the coupon code. Thinking it would be on the next page. I pressed enter and was charged full price.
I called the store and they weren’t aware of the coupon and said to bring it in. I brought it with me they looked at it and said they couldn’t do anything. I asked for the manager and was told she wasn’t there. Asked for a phone number. They gave it to me. I called left a message. Never got a call back. I feel ripped off. They lost a customer.
BTW the pizza was cold.
