Called n placed a delivery order while doing a residential roof job, asked for paper plates n napkins, asked for the hoagies to b cut in half, neither of that happened. Ordered an Italian w lite mayo n Italian dressing, got it n it was soaked in both. Ordered a taco hoagie n didn’t receive any taco sauce for it. Would not recommend delivery, if u order from here, id recommend picking your food up n checking it before leaving

I ordered a Medium 8-cut pizza for pickup from Fox’s Pizza Den, and the food was great. Although the estimated time was 15–20 minutes, the order was ready in only 7 minutes. The pizza was well-prepared, and the service was much faster than expected. It is a reliable spot for a great pizza and efficient service.

Was volunteering at Paws Across Pittsburgh, next door, and they bought us lunch. I haven’t had Fox’s in a long time, as there isn’t on convenient to where I live. It was actually really good. The sauce to cheese ratio was spot on (sometimes pizza places make them too dry) and there were plenty of toppings.

My friend is pregnant and she ordered pizza for her children and side of jalapeño popers for husband and they put hot peppers all over the pizza and to top it they over charged her she let me listen to her recordings of her speaking to the workers and I almost cried for her they were very rude and lied to her arguing she didn’t order from them she had to call another location to speak to a manager when they told her there were no managers were working and they lied about everything she spoke to a manager he apologized and sent her a pizza with a side of the poppers, I told her don’t eat it they could have done something bad to her food especially the way the worker was talking to her! Fox you have yo do better this is unacceptable that guy should be fired!

Hoagies are apparently a lost art. This was the last chance we were giving them to redeem themselves since I work late and didn’t want to make dinner tonight. This was the 3rd or 4th time that I had to call and say that the hoagie wasn’t how I had requested. Barely any tomatoes, cheese or lettuce. Not to mention it was burnt. The pizza however is typically ok but my wife always wants a hoagie and I always have to call back and have another one sent. They did however refund my payment after a couple phone calls but will not be ordering from here again… shame

I have been a good customer for my whole life im close to 50. If they didn’t want to bring my order cause it was a late order they should’ve just said they was closed. But to take my order and then not even show up is ridiculous. I could’ve went somewhere else to eat and now it’s to late and I’ll have to just be hungry I guess. Thanks fox’s thanks for nothing.
