Totally disappointed in our Fox’s pizza, paid for tomato topping, might be a tablespoon on there!! Mushrooms were a little thin too but not as bad. Husbands lettuce on his hoagie was so very sad!! I called, they said everything is portioned! Really?????

Let start off with I order from here a decent amount and all has been great but recently my orders have been getting messed up I left them go but now this is Sadi waited 50 minute for my 30 min carry out order I order a med half cheese half extra pep and paid for the topping and I got cheese sticks more like cheese loaf not one bit of it was cut, and last is my pizza the large sweet chili Hawaiian pizza now I know that pineapple has juices that will cook into pizza make it soft and white sauce tends to get running when to much is put on and extra cheese needs a little longer to cook this was like soup when I picked it up to put on plate and everything fell off !!!! Just do a better stop rushing everything

Ok well that’s it for us.call ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and it came with mushrooms and sausage mixed in it.gross us out .call back told her there was stuff in are pizza.she said she will make another but needs that one back.i said thats ok.so he comes to door and gave us new pizza and ask me where’s the closest garbage can.now c’mon people. People are starving out here .cant they say give it to the next door people or let the workers have it.i just thinking of all the people that would have ate that pizza we didn’t touch it.i don’t know but that was just crazy.anyway no more fox’s for us.Hate mushrooms touching my food.

The ladies at the front were super cool and nice to talk to. The food was delicious and made exactly to order. If you like pickles I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying the pickle cheese bread, so so good. The jalapeno bites are huge! The shop is clean and well set up. Will definitely be going back

Never EVER again will I order from here. Waiting for 2 and a half hours for a delivery…and when we got our food it was wrong. When I called the store, the young girl never said sorry or tried to fix it but went on to being defensive as to why the food was wrong and took so long. I’m not sure what happened to this store…but it’s awful now

Honestly, ordered from here a few occasions. Usually don’t have many issues. Tonight. Food was delayed by more than 30 minutes. I arrived and was informed that the breadsticks were done meanwhile the pizza had not been start. Once the food was done I watched the woman in the kitchen put it in a box and on top of the oven, while she saw me waiting. Had to wait for someone else to come and hand me my food finally. Once I got home neither, the pizza nor breadsticks were cut whatsoever. Only one slice down the middle each. Usually enjoy this place, tonight was a big let down.

Must be under new management or ownership, because the lady running the front desk now (so called manager) is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My Husband could hear her bitching about us in the kitchen when he went back, because our order wasn’t right the first time. He is almost 100% sure she flipped him the finger as well when he was leaving. When I called back, because the order was yet again wrong and the food was poorly made… she argued with me on the phone and refused to give my money back even when our order was wrong twice and we had to drive back twice. Very rude. I’ve ordered from this Fox’s many times without any issues until tonight. I am not sure why the change, but both the food and the service have went downhill dramatically. I will not order from this Fox’s again.

Pizza was disappointing. Called and spoke with manager who said we didn’t know how to order a pizza. Manager was rude and said you can come into the store and I can show you how to order a pizza. Terrible attitude. Lost a customer.

Originally ordered from the Beaver location and due to a website glitch the store was actually closed even though the order went through. When I called to inquire about the pizza the call was forwarded to Freedom. They went above and beyond and fulfilled the order. They even called to update me when the pizza was on it’s way! I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service and for them going out of their way to make sure I received my order. The pizza was hot and delicious as well!

Called to order like I have done for 10 years or so, when I said delivery the young lady said I had to meet her at the bottom of my driveway? My driveway is short every other delivery driver that this place had, had no problem with coming to my door. If you hire someone to do a job and they lose you business you lose them. Very poor service!
