Highly recommend. We were looking for a place where we could eat lunch during a visit this summer to the White Mountains, preferably outside where we could get the dogs out of the hot car. Foxfire doesn’t have outdoor seating but they welcomed us with the dogs to the inside corner table and gave the dogs treats and water! The décor is super cute with ranch mountain look. Food was fantastic with generous portions. My husband and I split the pastrami sandwich, glad we did! Staff is attentive and friendly and gave us recommendations for a scenic drive nearby. The dining area is large plus there’s a bar. The modern bathrooms are outside in a shed that’s been done up super funny. Parking is sort of limited along the side street and the main street through town but not a problem for us to find a space on a lazy weekend day.

Not a big variety on the menu, I think only two burger options, both at or over $20.
Prices are a little high for the quality of the food. Portions are decent but still priced to high for us.
We decided to split a pizza but with a plain cheese 16″ at $18 and extra toppings ranging from $1 to $3 each, we quickly settled on one of the combos listed. Pizza was okay but crust was undercooked. Think it should have cooked hotter for same amout of time to get a better bottom crust that would have held up. Add in the joy of getting small 8 inch paper plates to eat off of and we both just shook our heads.
Cheesecake looked good but at $12 a slice for what looked a little too perfect for fresh made and looked like not more than 1/10 of the whole, it was just too much for us.
Servers are friendly and try to be attentive though it always feels like they are a little understaffed and the flow of the service is a little disjointed.
Not an exaggeration to say we waited about 10 minutes to get menus, another 10 to order, then almost 40 minutes to get the wrong item delivered to our table. Another 15 minutes and we got our pizza… did I mention the paper plates.
Place has nice decor…with chair covers, a live band while we were there, cloth napkins and a very cozy interior… but paper plates???

Great spot for above-average BBQ. The steaks, brisket and pastrami are all top notch. Cozy as well as hometown feel, like an upscale cabin. They have an absolutely magnificent bourbon selection. There’s no place better within two hundred miles of this place!

This was our second visit. (We live in Eagar.)
1st visit we had pizza and a burger. Burger was GREAT. Loved the potato salad. Pizza was ok.
We love that they serve locally brewed Four Silos beer.
2nd visit: Came back for Four Silos. We loved the Wisconsin cheese curds and chicken wings: Teriyaki and Honey Bourbon.

We choose to eat here because it has outdoor seating where we could bring our dog. However, we were allowed inside the door since one of our party was soaked from riding in the rain and cold. The food was great and servers were friendly and even brought water and a Milkbone dog biscuit for our dog. The owner was there with his dog and had a nice conversation with us.

Was 1st Annual Music festival and weather was not great for it. The band’s were good and listen to some great music. The food was good and the only negative I saw was long lines to restroom. A couple of potapotties would help greatly. It is very beautiful area with lots of wildlife. I would recommend visiting.

Great pizza! I would love to give 5 stars. We requested to be seated near the open window. Then right before the food came, an older gentleman came to our table “who seated you here!” His tone suggested we were not supposed to be seated there. It seems one of the regulars brought a large group in and he wanted to acomodate them. We offered to move, he declined our offer. But then proceeded to talk to many of the wait staff about it. It’s a small place, sounds carry. If you don’t want twosome’s at your six top, then don’t just put six tops in the best place in the restaurant. Great pizza and waitresses.

Had a blast at the Country Blues festival. The pizza place was the best! Security guys were awesome. Music & atmosphere were fun. We appreciated being able to bring in our own ice chest of water & sodas as there was only Pepsi available for a soda option.

Great little restaurant in the mountains. We sat outside and had a single guitar player up on stage. The inside area had a wide opening out to the patio and band area. Food and service were good. Looks like a full band was to play later.
