Fox Dog Coffee is a total gem in downtown Erie. Great location, super friendly team, and the kind of chill, inspiring vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Local artwork lines the walls, and there’s a perfect mix of standing tables and cozy sit-down spots—ideal whether you’re working or just unwinding. Oh, and sparkling water on tap. Evan is an excellent barista and Ben was very welcoming. Feels like home, without the interruption’s as I work my online business lifestyle.
You must try the Artic Fox coffee slushy!!! Yum!!
I love stopping in the little coffee shops all up and down the front range and I highly recommend this quiet little spot.
There are vegetarian and vegan options for burritos, and that’s good for me since I’m vegetarian!!

Cute little local coffee shop. The coffee was great, the service was quick and friendly, and the interior looks comfortable. My only minor quibble is that we sat at a table outside, where they need to wash the windows and remove the cobwebs. We were having a meeting with a realtor friend and I was quite distracted by the spiders hanging in their webs on the window next to his head.

Fox Dog ran out of house coffee, so I had the Americano at no extra cost. The barista is friendly and knows their products so well. I enjoyed the ambience and delicious chocolate chip muffin. Good coffee in Erie, Colorado.

I am a coffee SNOB . Nothing irritates me more than ordering an expensive cappuccino, and getting an over heated latte ! Well , this place served the best cappuccino I have bought in a very long time . It was also a great price , perfect temperature and simply delicious . Staff was great , and service was super quick . If I am ever in that neck of the woods again , I will definitely buy another ! The ambiance was also super cute too.
