I was not happy this morning! I went in there nobody was in there The Man behind the counter was irritable with me said he was late to work he was sick and had to do his paperwork. All I was doing was turning in lottery he yelled at me four times that he was too busy I will never go in there when he works there and I go there all the time I love it in there I get my cigarettes next door and I always go into foxton I probably won’t be going into this fox thing again if he’s working there! I asked him if he was new he said yes a few months! Poor poor customer service! They need to get rid of him I’m definitely calling management ruined my whole day today 7:00 in the morning LOL

Stopped to put a few dollars in the Oregon video poker machines. Had to wait for a machine to get open but that’s not their fault lottery only allows up to six machines per establishment. Was offered free refreshments while playing which is nice. They also sell cigarettes at a decent price if you smoke.

Employees are always very polite, accommodating, and professional while maintaining a genuine willingness to always do what they can to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. The location opens @ 7:00am-2:30am, has 7 machines, and does have a 2 l-3 handicap parking spaces and a wheelchair ramp slope in front of the front entrance, if that is of importance.

I recently visited The Fox Den (on Santiam in the Bi-Mart complex) as frequently do. Generally I avoid this particular Fox Den. Why? In the past it was a common issue to receive not so friendly service. I would rather take my business else where where I will receive service with a smile on their face. (As I always get at the Fox Den by Elmers!) For some odd reason I decided to give this one a try. I was quickly reminded of the reasons I have avoided this establishment for years! It seems as though it were a requirement to be irritable, short (attitude), crass, impatient and commonly flat out RUDE!!! I was oh so blessed to encounter transactions with a big ole ray of Sunshine named “Felisha”. Felisha made it very clear that she was in no way delighted to help me. I could go without the eye rolling, the sighs, the lack of eye contact and God forbid Felisha have enough class or gratitude for her job to muster up a half a***d smile on her annoyed/grouchy/I hate my job face. I felt as though I were a bother, as if I should not bother her or even more so ask her to cash in my ticket. The energy in the place alone is not favorable let alone the terrible unfriendly service I seem to ALWAYS receive from most of the employees at this location.
I’ve worked in Customer service for over 10 years and could not imagine ever treating my customers ( you know? Those people who spend their money at your place of employment that MAKE your pay check) with such disrespect. If “Felisha” does not like her job it would be in her best interest to seek employment else where. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue at this location. However today was far beyond any other rude encounter I’ve come across here. Clearly it was bad enough to write this review.
Admittedly I spend far to much money in these establishments, regardless my video poker habit pays for “Felishas” Food, gas, rent, car, so on and so on. . . I will NEVER spend another DIME at this location. Suggestion, Felisha, maybe you should try employment that does not require face to face interaction with customers as your irritable, I hate my job, don’t bother me sh** attitude gives this place a bad name!

The place is what you’d expect from a fox den – A mini plastic toy version of a dimly lit casino floor corner, array of bottled beers & some popular snacks.
Great place to sneak away for a few mins now & again.
However this location in particular tends to have overly loud, rude, & chaotic help. We avoid it.

Nasty little lottery shack full of homeless people. Serves just enough microwaved food to keep their lottery license . Not a real restaurant. Don’t take your family.
