Fourtillfour Cafe in Encinitas is seriously adorable, with a semi covered outdoor setup that feels calm and a little nature tucked away, plus plenty of seating so you can actually linger.
We ordered two flat whites and they were genuinely excellent, smooth, balanced, and made with care. The almond croissant didn’t look like a showstopper, but it was delicious, and they even warmed it up for us, which instantly made it feel extra thoughtful. They also mentioned their baked goods are sourced from a well known bakery, and you can taste that quality, even if you’re just popping in for a quick coffee.
Brie was so incredibly kind and welcoming, the kind of service that makes you want to come back. And the location is a bonus, you’re super close to the ocean for a walk after, with tons of great restaurants nearby if you want to make an afternoon of it.

My favorite coffee in Encinitas, honestly maybe in all of San Diego. I’ve been coming here regularly since they opened, it’s consistently excellent. Don’t miss the lavender latte with their housemade lavender syrup.

Located near a bunch of other local independent businesses, it is a cozy little spot. We got one of their seasonal lattes that was good. They roast their own beans, but I wouldn’t label them as a specialty coffee shop. Offering their own beans for purchase, they are on the more developed roast side and are blends. If you’re in the neighborhood and need coffee, definitely a better option than SBux or any other commercial coffee spot.

Stopped here to meet friends on a Bike ride. Their coffee was delicious with housemade syrups. I had a Dirty Chai, with perfectly mousse-like texture, divine. Butter croissant was buttery and eggy. Chocolate chip cookie had personality. Will stop by again.

It’s a cute pretty place. I for the first time ordered a drip coffee and I loved it. Every sip was strong and made me feel home while reading my book. There are a bunch of people here, enjoying their time under the sun. There’s a nursery nearby and the freshness of the plants comes to the cafe and makes it more enjoyable. They have variety of coffee drinks to choose from and price wise it’s affordable. The customers are all very welcoming if you are looking for a fun conversation or trying to meet individuals with various cultures and personalities. The server was considerate enough to leave room for cream and ready to top it off when needed. Overall it’s gonna be a safe space to enjoy tranquility.

After reading all of the reviews, I would have loved to have tried the cakes here.
It was a great setting for a pit stop after cycling along the 101.
Unfortunately I can’t review the cakes because they’d sold out of everything .

Just found this little coffee shop and I love it! The car crowd blocking the parking lot not so much though the classic VDubs were pretty awesome. Got my regular red eye but I have a feeling their drip would be strong enough on its own. Love the flavor of the coffee. A sort of chocolaty/smoky/fruity vibe that was bold but super smooth. Great customer service and love the ambience of the seating area. We’ll definitely be back again.

First time at Fourtillfour and we had a great experience. The staff was kind, atmosphere was nice and a beautiful day to enjoy a coffee outdoors. The prices are adequate to coffee in the area, not too pricey. $5 for cold brew, .50 for flavor (made in house) and $3.50 for a drip coffee. They have adequate seating some in shade and in sun. Have a great aesthetic and brand with merch, stickers, selling their own coffee, too. Overall a cool concept and small place. They have picnic tables to take the whole family or stop in on your bike. Since it’s outdoors I’m assuming dogs are allowed. Would come again!

This might be my favorite coffee spot ever. I stumbled upon this place last week and have been here every morning since. The quality of the espresso is so clear you can taste it. The baristas are friendly and quick. The garden seating area is welcoming. Great spot
