I was given the opportunity to try a dish the owner is thinking of adding to the menu. It’s a chicken fried chicken covered with a crawfish ettouffe sauce that is made with Pinot Grigio. It is amazing! I hope to see this one added to the menu, it maybe my favorite dish.

Super Friendly customer service. Saw chargrilled oysters on the menu in a random FB post. Had to throw my coat on and drive to Caldwell and see for myself. Must less expensive than most CGO you find. And good. Garlic butter and parmesan melted on top. Great flavor without driving to the Houston area.

Had the buffet. Mashed potatoes were salty as well as the white gravy. Put them together and all you had was a mouth full of salt. I couldn’t have the country fried steak with gravy. Everything else tasted like salt. All I had was a salad. No discount for just the salad. Another couple next to us complained. Very disappointing.
