The food is fantastic – great presentation and taste. The atmosphere homey and pleasant. The service is admittedly a little slow – I think they’re a touch understaffed for how slammed they got all of a sudden! – but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The servers were sweet and knowledgeable so we were fine with waiting a little bit. Can’t wait to come back!

It was our first visit for our weekend lunch to this newly open bistro. Most tables were occupied and there was a small table which we were seated at near the bar counter. We ordered sushi and an entree. The sushi was presented in a fancy way and we appreciated the chef’s effort in attempting to plate them in a visually appealing manner. However it would be better without the kale leaves as they had a layer of dust and wilting.Ratio of the sushi rice and the ingredients was decent and were nicely rolled. The mustard shrimps were flavourful and the shrimps were springy and firm. The dining area felt a little cramped as the tables were arranged close together. Staff could have more proactive approach to check on diners to see if they require anything or refill during their meal.

My wife and I went on a date her. She was able to order delicious Chinese and I was able to enjoy some really good sushi. She ordered a cider on tap and I ordered an IPA. Highly recommend. Sushi presentation was next level.

Mediocre Chinese food that’s not quite worth the price – I used to like this place, but it is very hit or miss with the food. Our most recent experience had terrible service; though they advertised tofu skin in their seaweed salad, we didn’t receive any. When we asked, we got uncut sheets of tofu skins and an additional $5 charge, which was ridiculous. Its nice to finally have a Chinese restaurant in the area with their variety, but there is room for improvement

I placed an order for pickup: sesame balls, tempura vegetables, and three gluten-free tuna rolls. The sesame balls were tasty—smaller than I’m used to, but good. Unfortunately, the tempura vegetables were a flop for the price: just a slice of yam, an eggplant piece, two large red onion slices, and some bell peppers, a very small portion overall.
There was also an ordering mistake: the person who took the call failed to put in the order for three tuna rolls, so I only received one.
Because of the disappointing veggie tempura, I won’t be returning. Also, note that the sign out front reads “Four Season,” which could easily be mistaken for “Four Seasons.”

Four Seasons Sushi & Asian Bistro is absolutely outstanding! The presentation of every dish is beautiful and feels like a work of art. Everything we tried was so fresh and delicious—truly some of the best sushi and Asian cuisine around. Every bite was full of flavor, and the quality really stands out. Highly recommend for anyone who loves amazing food and a memorable dining experience!

Some of the most yummy and authentic Chinese food in the treasure valley. The eggplant and squid fried rice were delicious! Definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. It’s family style so make sure to bring plenty hungry belly’s 🙂

L to R: Eggplant, pickled noodles and squid fried rice.

I was really looking forward to trying their food after spotting Kimchi Fried Rice on the menu. It looked delicious in the picture, so I ordered it right away. But when the dish arrived, I was surprised—it looked nothing like the photo. I even asked the server to confirm if it was really Kimchi Fried Rice, and she said yes. I figured maybe it just looked a bit different and decided not to worry about the missing fried egg on top. Unfortunately, the flavor was just as disappointing. It tasted like regular fried rice with no trace of kimchi at all. Lesson learned: Kimchi Fried Rice is probably better ordered at a Korean restaurant, not a Chinese one.
Although I liked the other dish I ordered which is Hunan Pork Stir Fry. Their staffs are really nice.

I recently read a good review on Boise Food Finds and needed to try this Asian restaurant that opened 4 days ago. The service was good and the portions were huge. I learned from one of the servers that the owner got two chefs with 20 years of experience in NE China to move and open this restaurant. I had the Kung Pao Chicken which was a little sweet but very tasty (just had a little too much ginger for my liking). The Thai fried rice with Shrimp was very authentic and flavorful. The Si Chuan Tan Tan Men was excellent with egg noodles, pork, baby bok choy and the right amount of heat. There were many other dishes I want to try when I can bring the family for a big dinner. If you’ve been looking for authentic Chinese food, give this restaurant a try!

In addition, the owner is considering opening a Dim Sum restaurant and to “stay tuned” …
